John and I went tonight to grab our usual milkshake. To start with it was hard to understand the drive-thru worker ( English not very well ), it had to be repeated many times just to have him say, what was that again in a very rude tone again or repeat it wrong. Then he was frustrated with John trying to correct him to get it right. He interrupted more than once & at this point, I spoke up & asked to speak with management. His response " I am manager ". At that very point we both knew it was all useless and we drove away & went to a different ice cream place. I did say I would report this over his head. Now, this is a small town ( kinda like Mayberry ). There is absolutely no reason or excuse for this rudeness. There is also no reason in America for us to have to learn to speak their language in order to get service. Something needs done. We will not eat there anymore until something is done & we will advise our family & friends to do the same. This was simply avoidable period. Good food/ very poor service !
