Hi Team,

I Am a regular filler in the chrompet shell bunk for the past two week the when Whenever I go services executives have been promoting only power diesel in the bunk telling there is no diesel available. Request to take necessary action to provide normal diesel. This happened to me last sunday..

Please take corrective action to maintain normal diesel. Thank you

I went in to pay for my gas before work, I had some cash in my wallet I was trying to use up. I counted $27 before I went inside, I got a drink and some crackers and went to the cashier to pay. I forgot to look at what number pump I was at, I told her I was on the other side of 1 that I had forgotten to look. She very rudely replied "yes on the other side of 1 would be 2." She rung up my items and my gas and the total was $26.29, I handed her the cash after counting it, and she replied "I need one more dollar this is 26" and I said "Oh I thought I counted 27", she threw the money down on the counter and replied "I haven't put it in the drawer" and counted it in front of me very hatefully. I said oh I am sorry, I don't have anymore cash I will have to use my card. She huffed and puffed and said I have already cashed it out I can't do that. So, already very upset at this point I said ok let me go to my car and count out some change. I did came back it, laid it on the counter, told her to have a good day and left.

I filled gas at the E. Washington Ave. location, just east of the 605 freeway in Whittier, CA on Saturday evening, February 5, 2022. As I was attempting to fill my tank with regular unleaded, the angle of the gallon and price indicator made it hard to see the price I was paying. I could make out the digital dollar “4” but the remainder looked something like $.19. Knowing the price of gas, this seamed cheap to me. When I turned to look up at the street sign, it said $4.49 for regular unleaded. I bent over to view the actual pump price, it read $4.79. I couldn’t believe it. Then I looked back at the street sign to find it read $4.79 for diesel. I panicked thinking that I was mistakenly putting diesel fuel in my gasoline powered vehicle, per the price on the pump and regardless of no diesel designation. Then I looked back up at the street sign and realized the small words at the top that indicated the price being advertised to passing motorists was the price if one chooses to receive a car wash. So, you sit in a room toward planning on making the pump price and gallon designator hard to read for the average height human being, print the details small on the street sign toward attracting customers with a $.30 per gallon lower price, and then manipulate the prices to confuse customers. All so your station attendant can deal with frustrated customers. Shame on you. I will never stop at a “Shell” station again.

Purchased shell gas at 3468 Coloma Road, Benton Harbor, Michigan station at 11:45 am on February 6, 2022. Gave cashier $30 cash and went and fueled my Jeep. I spent $29.13 and went inside to get my change. Young cashier did not know how to give me my change with cash register, so asked for an older attendant (with red hair) for help. This lady told me I had got my total $30 of gas, which I told her I did not. I asked her to go check the pump, so she stormed out the door. Upon returning, I asked her if I was correct, and she said she had to go out and verify, which I understand, but asked her why she was being so nasty with me. She then told me, she had to go call her boss. She gave me the change and I left, but I will not be returning to this station. There is no excuse to treat a paying customer this way!

Thr Incident occurred on yhr morning of August 12. 2021. I go to thet Lil Pantry Shell in Rogue River Or about once a month to get my tank filled and my car washed. The gas station attendant put diesal in my Jeep' regular gas tank. The next day, my car would not start, would back fire and die. The Manager took complaint and said she would forward it to you. I printed out the receipt for gas, and the receipt for repair of Jeep tank, which had to be flushed and cleaned for $310. The manager has not returned my call, you have not contacted me. I suffered $310 in damage repairs. I have Shell receipt. I have repair receipt. I request that you respond immediately and advise what my next course of action is.

I am writing with some concerns regarding one of the employees at the Shell Gas Station / Elliot Market in Goodyear AZ. This morning 12/30/21 when entering the store, I could not see or hear any employees in the store. After waiting for a little and looking around I decided to say hello as to alert the attention of the store employee. After I said hello, I heard a voice coming from behind one of the shelves in the store telling me to hold on that she was busy, and she would be with me in a minute. I informed the employee that I am a customer waiting that she should help the customer then go back to what she was doing when she doesn't have a customer waiting. She began to walk back toward the cash registers and stated either "You don't have to be an [censored] this early in the morning or Why do you have to be such an [censored] this early in the morning".

I informed her that this same thing happens all the time when she is working. The other employees help the customers and don't make the customer wait to stock the shelves. I also informed her that I used to complain to the former employee Benji about the issue and he told me to send an email to file a complaint to this email. After explaining that she told me that owner will just watch the video and not care because of the way I was acting. I don't know the employees name, but she has been at the location for a long time, she has short grey hair and I want to say that she is a manager. I had left the store briefly and remembered that I needed to get the phone number or email to file the complaint. I went back in and took a picture of the email address while back in the store she was back at stocking the shelves while another customer was waiting. She then wanted to continue to argue as I am justifying why I am getting the email to complain because she called me an [censored], she then continued on with well that because your being one.

I know times are though these days and customer service seems to be a thing of the past. I am familiar with the challenges of employing decent employees that what to work and do a good job. I am sure its even more of a struggle to hire and maintain convenient store gas station attendants to work with integrity and some degree of professionalism. But this situation was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever been involved with. For an employee to call or insinuate that a customer is an [censored] is completely unacceptable. I know for a fact that if I treated or spoke to a customer like that at my work I would be terminated from employment.

I hope that my situation will bring light to what I can see as a toxic situation for your business and a potential liability. If this employee is speaking to Customers like this, then what other issues concerns might be lingering under the surface! Every time I walk into the gas station. The older thicker man has a gross look on his face and acts weird. Today 12/28/21. I walked in and he had the same gross look on his face so I walked to the next man at the register when I walked up to him, he was standing there, I looked at his face and then walked away from me. I'm not asking for anything. Just know this is tasteless. I have receipt from the man at the register with the gross look on his face.

There were no prices on anything was charged1.49 for candy that had 2 for a dollar on packaging was charged2.49 for reg size candy bars and charged reg price for generic cig the employee was know help at all I called this morning said they have no manager and you can see by the receipt that every item was marked as no tax instead of what was purchased and didn't pay cash

I stop at the Shell on Ontarioville & Lake Street in Hanover Park (?) & there an employee who works there that is so extremely rude every time I go there. I only stop there because it's on my way to work. He never greets anyone, he's not friendly, he's rude, he yells at customers. I'm tired of it

I went to the Shell station located at 1698 Clearwater Road, Largo FL, 33756 today at 7:05AM to fill my tank. I removed the nozzle from the pump and before I could even get it into my car the pump was showing a .06 cent charge. I was concerned about the pump overcharging me so I cancelled out of the sale and pushed the button to get a receipt. The pump screen instructed me to see the cashier for a receipt. I went into to get my receipt for .06 cents and was handed a receipt showing that $23.00 had been charged. The two men behind the counter refused to discuss my concern and told me to leave and "have a nice day." I went to my car and called the police. They came and said the matter was a civil one and that I would need to contact my bank to get the charges reversed. Unbelievably poor customer service and a terrible representation of the Shell Brand.

I have been a loyal customer ever since I had a car, over 20 years and am always happy to collect freebies like tissue box. Collecting stamps to claim a practical water bottle or something, like a sure win whenever I pump with Shell.. but the recent monopoly' promo is a disaster.. it's no longer about customer retention, it's about getting junk discount with your sponsored vendors, a lot of useless impractical discount, complicated for elderly, difficulty in tearing to reveal the poor quality stickers and win nothing at all after so many purchases that is chasing loyal customers away like me.. I don't even mind tissue box every time I pump but utterly disappointed now that your Marketing staff is no longer putting us as their marketing goals now... I used to look for Shell whenever I am in need but now, I'll seek alternatives as your young marketing team has a change of directions and no point of me to patronise Shell with my over $1000 purchases monthly for 2 family cars.. I think Shell don't even care since your young team is only seeking after sponsors and new young drivers...

I received a $50.00 shell gift card (700063...), stopped at the shell gas station at 26126 tx-105 in montgomery, tx, inserted my gift card and was charged the credit/debit card price. I did not pump any gas, put the nozzle up, and walked into the store. I asked why a shell gift card was making me pay the $0.10 a gallon more ($2.75) for regular gas when their sign said the cash price was $2.65 per gallon. I was told it was because the "shell gift card" was processed as a credit card. I did not agree but, I needed gas. I went back out to the pump, and after putting my shell gift card back in, the screen said to "see the cashier." I went back into the store, saw the cashier, they tried to run it for $20.00 and it was declined. They tried a second time and it was declined again. I had $50.00 available on the car when I pulled into the station.

I went back outside, tried my bank debit card, and the screen said the same thing, "see the cashier." thinking the pump was stuck, I pulled my car into another lane, tried my debit card again, and again, "see the cashier." I was fed up so I left. I called the number [protected]) on the back of the card and was told a hold for the whole $50.00 had been put on my card. I advised my gauge was sitting on empty and I needed my card cleared so I could go to another shell station. After a few minutes, the lady came back on the line and said the available amount was $50.00. I then went to the shell gas station at 42000 fm 1774 in magnolia, tx (the price was higher ($2.75 for cash and $2.85 credit/debit). I went into the store, told "donald" I wanted $10.00 on pump 7 and he gave me a "prepaid receipt" for $10.00; it did not show what the actual cost per gallon was. No surprise, I had to pay the higher cost of $2.859 for about 3.50 gallons of gas.

When I got home I called my bank and asked why I had to "see the cashier" at the first shell gas station on tx-105; it was because I had a transaction limit of $30.00 on my debit card and the "pump" tried to authorize a charge for $85.00. I drive a 2016 ford escape and my gas tank only holds 15 gallons… there is no way I would ever use $85.00's worth of gas.

Your shell gift cards are a rip off… the "owner" of your independent gas station are making extra money off of the shell gift cards because they get $0.10 a gallon in fees and then charge the higher fee for a gift card!

After I use the balance on my current "gift card", I will never use another shell gift card and I will never stop at another shell gas station. I may be one measly customer, but I will be telling everyone how shell treats their customers.

I understand the employees need their breaks, but first of all they do not need to be smoking right in front of the entrance. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke, and had to walk through the haze, to enter your store. After 4 customers were waiting in line on the line cashier inside, the smoking employee came in looking surprised a line had formed, even though we all had to walk past her to get in. She then asked the customer behind me where he had purchased his t-shirt, not even acknowledging me in front of her. After she waited on me, I was waiting for my receipt, but as soon as my card had been approved, she immediately went to check her phone on the counter. She waited a second or two, then realized I wanted my receipt. She seemed annoyed at me. No thank you, no have a good day, etc. She immediately went back to her phone, as the next customer was walking up. I've had several small businesses and have worked for a lot of other companies, we always put our phones away until break time. I found this highly offensive and very rude. That's why I've stopped coming to this store, except when I'm pressed for time. I use to frequent it 4-5 times a week, as it's the closest gas station to my house. Now I'll drive onto the station a few blocks ahead, and it is not Shell.

just brought my VW passat in for service after filling up with shell gas in south holland Illinois. car was running horrible, brought it to VW dealership and he drained the tank and he showed me the gas very cloudy. he said it was bad gas

Yesterday I was on shell garage as usual as I know shell garage has excellent service

At around 18;45 I was on the shell shop to buy sigeret checken and sweets. The re was one checken left one castomer took it. Now the person who was serving that castomer just give to him and run away to their office or changing room. We called here but she continues going inside. On came out I ask here why this lady just do what she did with out explain to the castomer. She said she is knocking off I told here thats not castomer service that she did. She also said she cant help us that not here department. We just leave here like that

I went to the till to buy sigeret sweets and airtime.
I was using my v. Power card the cashier said they dont seel sigerets and airtime with v. Power card. I said to here I use to buy them with this card she show me the notice in the window as I respected that. But I can see on here face she was angry

I went to the car to get money so that I can get this things. when I arrived on the till I had here talking about me with with here colleagues.

I ask here to stop becouse is not that idont have money according to here and I dont like what she is doing. She said I must mind my business becouse she was not talking to me she was talking about me.

I called here manager explain my experience he didnt show the intrest of what I was telling him. he said he will talk to them but my question how becouse he didnt even want to know wich one do this. he left to his office.

Petrol attendence they are very excellent their sevice is no one that why I like shell garage
