Shell

The shell gas station in Portland Oregon on 18145 SE Division St. has a gas attendant named Josh that was the most disrespectful, rude, downright offensive employee I have ever had to deal with at a gas station. After waiting for him to show up for 4 minutes (which in Oregon is a long time, we can't pump our own gas, must let an employee do it and they are always right there at any gas station you go to unless you just have to wait your turn because they are working on another vehicle, which still doesn't take very long) after I pulled in and was the only car there, he didn't appreciate it when I made a comment about there actually being someone working. He proceeded to get very angry and cursing and calling me derogatory names, even in front of the stations assistant manager Heidi when I went inside to report him. Heidi was not much better since she was trying to play it off like everyone is just having a bad day. She was defending her insolent employee more than anything else. I don't know what kind of business this Shell is trying to run but if they think that employees cussing out customers is acceptable then they should not be in business.
