Date Wed 3/23/22 about 1:30-1:45 pm they could not do the refund. Then said done there is no refund due to rude horrible service I want my entire purchase refund rude to the child with me as he refused on one my grandsons purchases when he just bought minutes earlier just paid minutes earlier I want immediate refund

Desired outcome: Give me my refund $15? These employees need training. The woman not qualified to be supervisor their phone is disconnected
