The shell gas station on 28th and breton in grand rapids, mi.

for past year or longer when I pay at pump with my credit card and request a receipt, it just make a grinding sounds, but receipt never comes out. This isn't just a one time occurrence it has happened every time I go there the last 12 months or more. I am fed up... but will give you a change to correct this issue before I stop doing business with Shell forever. But in a couple weeks when I go back if it isn't fixed, you lost my business forever.

On 5/21/2023, I went through the Shell car wash at 1901 N. Rose Avenue, Oxnard, CA, 93030. I frequent this car wash because it is located near my residence. On this day, about a couple of minutes in the wash, my trunk liftgate was activated. As soon as I could safely exit, I swiftly did so. However, not soon enough - there was damage to my car's trunk (dents), my spoiler split in two, and the interior was soaked. I entered the gas station and spoke to the manager "Jairo" to file an incident report. At first, he was empathetic, but when he came out to look at my car, he accused me that the wash did not cause the damage. He confidently stated that my car was hit by another car. Strange that he would say that because there is no paint damage to the dents, which is typical of collision. I asked him if we could look at the car wash camera feed so he could see what had occurred, but he adamantly refused. He was very accusatory, and that was not appreciated. I was very shaken by this experience, and he made it worse by alleging I "faked" the damage.

Today I went to coles express in Mulgrave and filled up my Tank. Came inside the store and told It's for number 6. Lady in name of Narvinder who served me insert number and I swipe my MC and took the receipt. As I had to go drop my dog to VET. While I was in VET I checked the receipt, it was $34. I should have been charged more than. So I went back to same place after half hour and said you have charged me less. She said you said number 5 (not sure how can she remember that number after serving so many customers) lied again and trying to blame me. Even I came there to pay extra money. She did not have any idea how to refund and asked her friend and spoke in native language, The lady name was RAJdeep. Who was trying to hide Narvinder fault and bluntly said we do everything right. And said to me can I do the work you are interrupting me. Was shocked. Anyhow, I am a very loyal customer with shell. But will not shop there. As these untrained professional should not be working there.

Card is stolen or lost have called [protected] on hold then disconnected several times. Then have emailed over 13 times. Card is lost or stolen. EVERYONE only wants to talk Rewards. I can't use for any gas because the card is lost or stolen. Have to deal with third world nations which as many know is a joke and companies in USA sell out labor to these people NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES LAST TWO WEEKS. I am so sad to confirm the complete rudeness, unprofessionalism and disgust that I keep encountering at shell kby, (new park) OPP info center, the stuf are either very drunk or high on something, because I can not understand why they would treat people that support the business like this, it's not the first time, but not I can confirm that there is no order, and the shell brand will be left to suffer, I have decided to rather move from my beloved shell and Wil support a business with better stuff, because it is unfortunate that the lady selling at the pie section, made my experience at the garage very unpleasant, (night shift) good thing I didn't take her name, because it will haunt me forever

I went in Girard shell and the brown hair lady is respectful nice n quick your red hair lady is a lazy [censored] sits there playing on her phone can careless about the cistomer everu time i come in thd brown hair lady always smiling friendly awsome job she is a fantstic worker red head lazy disrespectful n watched her interact with her boyfriend watched her give him free alcohol you should get ride of her laziest person I ever seen

I just want to tell that i was taking the training from a shell at location 169 east lake crescent, NE, Airdrie running by jemit patel .he just wasted my near about 20 hours in training and i was going from calgary everytime.Its too much costly for me to arrange my expenses for going there but i was arranged as possible. But today when my training is going to be end on 15 april 2023 jemit said me they were already hired someone who has an experience.Thats so depressing thing for me.i was wasted my money and time with them but they kicked me out without any proper reason.I just want my travel expenses and my money after doing the taring more than 4 hours unpaid. I am a student here so it seems to be very difficult for me to take these losses.please have a look on this and resolve my issue.

My area has been without power since yesterday at 5am. I had my propane tank filled at the shell were I live. Today I went to fill it again and they said they won't fill it because it is snowing. I asked the clerk why, and he said the manager told them not to fill propane when it is snowing. I asked why and he did not know and said because the manager said so. I would like to know why they could not fill it. Does not make any sense.

Every Shell Station I went to get 93 % gas in which I've paid for don't have the right octane, it's more like 87 and my vehicle doesn't run wright with it in the tank. my gage shows 450 miles on a full tank bout when I go to a deferent station outside of Beaufort and full up my tank, I get 560 miles on my gage which is a big difference. I don't want my engine to break down from bad gas so can you help with this situation. Because I have to put 93 % in my vehicle.

Several pumps at Shell seem to be poorly maintained. After inserting the credit card and getting authorized, I press the 87button and try to fill. Nothing happens for almost 40 seconds. It finally starts pumping and stops abruptly after a couple of gallons. I suspect some issues with the filters or sensors or both. I have noticed it at 2 separate Shell gas stations on 148th avenue in Bellevue WA. Please fix the problem.

The managers at this store allow random vehicles to be serviced by unlicensed mechanics in the parking lot of this Shell station. On 01/27/2023 at 4:50 PM I was accosted and threatened by a Shell, unlicensed mechanic employee while sitting in my car. I had just made a purchase. When I returned to my car, a Shell service mechanic came up to my car and began screaming at me in my car with the window up, while he was working on a Shell customers car.

The police were called due to this Shell station employee's uncontrolled behavior but the manger did nothing to disfuse the situatuion . The manager allowed the mechanic emplyee and the customer of the car to continue to hurl threats of violence with out calling the police. Finally a customer called the police. No action was taken by management and the repair work continues on random cars by Shell employee mechancies at this site. A police report is available with the Dayton Police. Additional reports will be available dependant on th action of Shell Inc.

Today is Sunday, January 15th I went into the new shell that just opened on Southton Rd/ Donor Rd in San Antonio, TX 78223 I believe it's store #44 I tried to purchase a six pack of angry orchard and the lady employee her name is Laura said she couldn't sell it to me because she told me that a man went in right b4 I did try to purchase the same drinks but his i. D was expired... That has nothing to do with me because my i. D was good and she never bothered to look at my driver's license couldn't that just be a coincidence I've been going to that shell since it opened buying those same drinks because I live in that neighborhood I asked her did she see me with this person that she claims and she couldn't answer me... I felt disrespected as a costumer that uses that store a lot for gas snacks drinks etc... I don't understand why she refused to sell me those drinks that I wanted to purchase for myself, I was so angry about the situation that cried out of anger... I've never ever been through something like this... Especially as a frequent customer... So disappointed!

Shell gas is a registered TopTier certified fuel. However, very few Shell Stations in my area (Florida) carry Top Tier certified fuel. Out of several Shell stations in my area, the only place that has the brand is a franchised Circle K that sells Shell Top Tier certified fuel. Please require all Shell stations corporate or franchised to carry Shell Top Tier fuel as advertised.

The Shell station located at 2800 Buford Hwy in Atlanta GA had purposely increased all their per/gallon prices for this day only. The mid-section (plus) price hike was $3.61, but the average for other locations was about $1.00 less. I am confident the company is aware of exploiting increasing revenue opportunities for some locations on one of the most recognized holidays on America's calendar. And by the way, the individuals who operated this location are NOT American.

As I review the effort the global group of energy and petrochemical companies is doing to protest the war, I certainly support those commitments. But to not check some of the locations doing contrary support by excessive price hikes is very sad. This location is not very well operated and gives a perception of not really being concerned about representing the Oil company. I will look to alert the local news as well.

I want to Shell station on December 24, 2022 the time about 3:35 pm. I went into the gas station and asked for $15 and pump number one after that I want to like the gas the pump that’s at 1985 gas I pushed it I was able to fill my car out I proceeded to the highway and I put my foot on the gas. I accelerated it, and all of a sudden my car just cut off. What is the located on Summit Ridge Parkway across the street from Duluth middle school I had to have my car towed back to my home. I know workers are hard to find but when you're in a small town you should be treated with respect! Due to your card reader issue, your morning manager jumped all over me claiming it was my cards! It wasn't. This morning I ran into an issue with the same manager regarding some lottery tickets and was called an f'ing scammer when I was at BP with their manager! Spoke with Mike regarding the reader but this morning was uncalled for!
