First of all Sheetz was my absolute favorite place to go for my gas cigarettes breakfast lunch or dinner road trip snacks and ALWAYS topped any order off with a vanilla latte and most days had at minimum 2 latte's a day rarely less than 2 but always at least one! Bit as of now I have completely stopped going to Sheetz the staff is just so absolutely rude they seem so miserable and aggravated I began thinking placing an order was such a bothersome task it's best to go elsewhere for my food but I still stuck with my gas and lattes daily but now the staff management included are just so unhappy and miserable I simple don't feel welcome to go in for any reason and now Sheetz has changed the Expresso in the latte I have to spit it out mind you that's a very pricy drink to take the first drink and become physically ill from the nasty dirt like taste and the manager when asked why she wouldn't warn a customer that was a daily regular the recipe had been changed so I could've at least tried the smaller cheaper size I was told they still need to make money rather customers like the products or not and to either deal with it or go elsewhere mind you I am in no way rude I never file complaints and they treat all the customers like dirt so this needed said I'm sure Sheetz will not care if they don't care enough to keep the standards of product and it's taste instead change the recipe and still pick our pockets to keep them afloat forget it sheets I'll never go back what was once the best now wouldn't qualify to be the worst they're 10 level's below even that!

Way too suggestive! Why not use a mom with kids using it to save time/stress or someone buying otc medicine, like acetaminophen.

It's disappointing that the best idea for this was condoms that isn't applicable to most instead of a more universal application for most.

I shop often and buy all my gas here but am considering my choices.

I asked the lady with purple hair very clearly for a drink they had at the other fountain. And she rudely said they didn't have that, I told another employee at the window what the drink was and she very quickly brought it to me without trouble and I was able to visibly see the lady with purple hair try to block her from bringing me the drink. This was unprovoked agression and I'm very unhappy about this experience, I was not rude in asking so I do not understand why she did this.

5:30am Ordered online a chicken a sandwich with bacon and received NO bacon and paid Xtra for the bacon. Other then that it was good but for the Xtra cost and then not to get it .

At this time with inflation and eating everybody's pocket we have to deal with the raising gas prices I feel that Sheetz is taken advantage of it. I just enrolled and they're $9.99 Club. It hasn't been a year and you're already raising it another $5 I'm going to have to think if it's worth it now. I have a bunch of friends they are contemplating getting rid of it also. Everybody is in this together with the inflation and if Sheetz wanted to shine above all these stores like Dunkin Donuts or Turkey Hill I am asking no I am begging not to raise the price at least for a while to let people get back on their feet

I was ordering three milkshakes and the man working was once again rude to myself and every person who he spoke to as he is every single time I buy food there. I asked him if he could call out over the intercom when my stuff was done as I had to change my baby's diaper in the restroom. The man told me its not his place to make sure I get my food and turned around cursing under his breath but my son and myself both heard him. I have spoken to several people about this man and nothing is ever done. We won't be back to this sheets as long as he works there and I plan to let people know the kind of people you allow to work and treat people bad at this sheetz

I should not have to come have with my sheetz food and finish cooking it before I can eats it! 9/10 times when I get food there any more it’s almost always under cooked but this time still frozen inside! Deep fried food should be brown and crispy not the same color it leaves the freezer and all watery because it’s still cold and frozen inside. Done with sheetz food again !

The gas nozzle locks up and can’t unlock it like you normally would , makes twice I’ve smashed my finger and bright blood becuz of trying to hurry and unlock it before it pumped too much which it did I’m highly pissed off about it Becuz even tho it was a small injury it still is one! That’s [censored]ed up and had to spend more on gas then intended Becuz of this issue too so now I’ll over draft on my bank card Becuz of this [censored] 🙄 located in beckley wv and looks like someone else may had same issue as I see a fake nail laying on ground

At 9:30pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, I ordered a Big Big on a bagel. What I received

was a hamburger with marinara sauce and no Mozzarella sticks. On top of this, the burger was burnt.

I have recently made a couple purchases of a turkey sub.. the first time, last week: it came with extra mayo (instead of light), regular deli turkey (not carved) and it was just slapped together like a pile of meat and cheese were placed on separate ends stuck together and my fries were cold. i let it go.

this last time i ordered (yesterday), the bread was almost rock hard like a crouton.

Cent promo advertising for 90 days or 60 days. Same store and both times I ask why I’m not getting it! They mumble and just say “ I don’t know. Well a year ago I got a Sheetz card , never worked, so I trashed that card and never went bask. Husband said try it online. Worked once there. .12 additional off with the .3 cents. I really like Sheetz , but if I can’t get cried to fix it in future, then I’m done . Io ordered MONDAY APRIL 24TH 2022 APPROX 330 PM. The app said 15 minutes I was there in 7 minutes FOOD WAS ICE COLD! CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED! Very disappointed! SHEETS ADAMS STERET ROCHEZTER PA 15074

I went to cashier and asked her to please divide orders for two reasons. One I was picking up smokes for me and my son and was going to pay with different debit cards and also take advantage of the Marlboro $1.70 of two packs of same. I asked her to ring up my 6, 24oz. twisted teas and two packs of cigs and then separately do the other two packs. As I was her she rang up the entire amount on one order so I asked if it gave me the full $3.40 discount for the cigs before I entered my card for payment. She stated yes it did. Well as I walked out the store I checked the receipt and there was $1.20 +$.50 +$.50 for a total of only $2.20 not the $S3.40 so I went instantly back in store and same cashier said she would have to get manager to get me my $1.20 back. Well let me tell you this person named George, at 11:00 am, Sat, Store number 492, my order number 846, did nothing short of belittle me, told cashier to walk away and all I was trying to do was explain what she did and she admitted it. Then I said can't you refund and re-ring it up and he abusively said no, we (Sheetz) do not take back tobacco products even though I was gonna end up with the same packs. He then said smartly he was not going to give me my $1.20 and refused to give his last name. This was in front of other customers and I also have the full name of one witness to this so called manager who has zero leadership abilities, no customer service training, and deserves to be fired and not represent your company he claimed as his when he said we do not take back tobacco products. This has happened before over the years of my patronage and I have always had a situation fixed in seconds whereas this person spent 5 plus minutes trying to intimidate me. Well I am a 68 year old, 21 plus years retired Marine, retired State Service Health Care Analyst and this person should not be affiliated in anyway with a company of Sheetz standings. He is a disgrace. When all said and done his words were you listen to me, I am not going to give you your $1.20, not taking back your order as it is already paid for and not giving you my last name. At that point I stated I was going to file a complaint and smartly grinned like a tough guy who could care less.
