My son and I stopped at Sheetz # 468 located at 3457 William Penn Highway Pittsburgh, Pa 15235 for lunch after a Lacrosse game. After we had left the store and started to eat it was noted that several items on our order were missing. Those items were 2 hot dogs with the dressing requested and 2 of the cheesy bacon bombs. They called our # when the order was ready so I didn't think to check the bag to ensure all items were accounted for. So over 6 dollars worth of food that was paid for was not received. This is also not the 1st time this has occurred to me at a Sheetz store.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I am very upset tonight. Me, my husband and my two sons (8 years old and 11 years old) were watching a movie when YOUR commercial came on in between the breaks and it was a blatant advertisement about CONDOMS. It was so suggestive this prompted both of my sons to ask what they were. While I have had “the talk” with my oldest and could explain things to him, we have not had a talk with my 8 year old yet. Nor do I feel I should have to have the talk with my EIGHT YEAR OLD! I feel as though you are robbing my children of their innocence and for parents to feel when and how conversations like this need to take place AND when the child is ready to hear such. Not forced to because of your negligence. I am requesting you terminate this commercial or find a less obvious way to advertise for ADULT CONTENT. Your a gas station for petes’s sake, is this the only good thing you can advertise?!? It’s sad I live in a world where I can no longer allow my kids to watch commercial but mute or turn the tv to another channel until the ads are over because they are too promiscuous, or full of language, or have partial nudities in them. I am in no way a prude, but I am trying to raise godly, respectable boys who value things more important than money, sex and games. It’s hard to do when companies like yours make ads like this for little kids to see.

Order a grilled chicken sandwich on hamburger bun thursday 4/7 around 11:30am. Opened sandwich to eat. Sandwich had two black hairs on it. I have blonde hair so pretty positive couldn’t have been mine. Ordered from Gettysburg Sheetz on York rd through drive through

Ordered a MTO salad, burger, and bucket of fries. They charged me $4.19 for a bag of fries. Tried calling the store for over an hour and they finally just took the phone off the hook.

this makes several times i did not get my condiments for my food order. i did not get the Mariana for my cheese sticks. i had to remind him for my ranch for my chicken. Normally i do not say anything. but it happens too much lately. i ordered nacho's a few weeks ago and there was no nacho Sauce . it was the store on Market and Friendly

I ordered 2 meals on the sheetz app- a salad and a breakfast platter. The player was to include chicken, eggs, tots, and a biscuit. We drove back home and there was no biscuit. I had a very upset 5 year old and it was too late to go back.

I don't do this, ever, but I love Sheetz for what they do and basically will go out of my way to go to a Sheetz vs the competitors. I'm a truck driver and typically Sheetz has adequate parking for me and they even have some truck stops, point is I've been to alot of them. One constant that I have been able to rely on across the board is their lack of attention to their bathrooms. I get they're typically busier than most stations but noticing that this is acrossed the board I would say it's a company policy/training issue from the top down. Noone wants to clean restrooms but neither do I as a paying customer. Full disclosure I pretty much keep Lysol wipes in my truck for Sheetz and off brand gas stations. Look into what high volume stores that keep them clean do, courtesy checks on a schedule and they literally announce it. At the end of the day though it would be way better if so many people weren't total slobs so I get it I mean we live in a world where grown adults pee in a toilet with the seat down or literally poop on the seat and just walk away like "yep, not my problem" it infuriates me. Anyway, love Sheetz love everything they do but hopefully this reaches someone and there's something that can be done. Maybe put up signs? I mean we had to put "do not consume" on all the deadly things. It should be unanymous that leaving the restroom a disaster is a total dick move. Thank you if you read this

Paid extra for sauce for them to fill my cup not even half way, ridiculous

Hello, I had placed an order for a breakfast sandwich at store #291, order confirmation [protected] and I had used my rewards for a free MTO breakfast sandwich and when I received my order I had never got the sandwich and now my points are used. Can you please refund me? Thank you I would add a photo but it just shows my order and not the mto breakfast sandwich

On Wednesday March 30th I bought nachos. The chips were stale. Even the ones covered in cheese were so hard. But the plain chips in the container were super stale. Legit worse then the cheese covered chips. Like crazy stale. It tasted like and felt like the chips were open for a month or so unsealed. I ordered from the centre hall pa sheetz.

Please review your cameras at the Sheetz store on 224 in New Castle PA 16101. This happened between 1 and 3 on March 26 2022, I did not check my watch. I did report the incident to the manager at that time.

A man with a beard and tan jacket and spit in the garbage pail in the bathroom. He also told me come in it was ok... he came out of the handicap ladies stall. I did not go in I said that's ok.. I will wait.

Are you not going to do anything about it or how are you going to prevent future issues that a young girl may incounter!

I ordered a walful sandwich with chicken and egg and cheese on it at only came with egg and cheese on chicken

3/26/22 at 340pm I ordered food and some of it was wrong.

I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and they added Mayo which I didn’t order on mine.

I hate Mayo! I ordered two drinks. My husband wanted whipped cream and chocolate on the top of his and he didn’t get it. My smoothie was nasty! It was watery and tasted my pure syrup.

I had to pitch it.

What a way to ruin my dinner before work!
