Lazy staff
I ordered food tonight, waited 20 minutes for my food because they gave my order to someone else, honestly wasn’t mad about it because mistakes happen - but the people who took my order came back and brought the food that was supposed to be mine back and then the sheetz employee was trying to give me the food that the other people touched and messed with. How disgusting ? In the 20 mins I waited they were too lazy to remake my food and then proceeded to give me food another customer handled.

Horrible made to order food
I had ordered an online order at the Meyersdale, PA store. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and pickle chips. The bread on the grilled chicken was as hard as a rock and almost burnt. The sandwich was poorly put together, and drowned in ranch. I was highly upset when I went to take a bite and had to remove some of the bread to even get a bite.
Desired outcome: I want the meyersdale sheetz to do better and take more pride in the food they prepare. It disgusts me to get food like this.
Incorrect order
Went to Sheetz in Middletown, PA on the Harrisburg Pike 17057 at 2:15 am ordered via mobile app. I order a shmiscuit, an app sampler and a burger meal with fries and a large fountain drink. When I got my food I was missing my fries, the one bun of my shmiscuit was missing, no sauce, my app sampler was burnt and slightly soggy. This was store number 574

I order a lot on door dash or grubhub what is it on your app thru there that 1/2 gal of white milk and chocolate milk isn't avaliable... would be nice if u could add these items to your app. Thanks.

I've been stopping at the store to pickup coffee etc on my way to work around 6am and 7am
There is been some incidents at times where the assistance manager (because I ask) is yelling and screaming at his workers
Around 4 people working in the store
That they mess up my order sometimes

I would like Sheetz corp. to look into the store assistant manager's behavior toward workers and how he talks to customers
He is very rude and creates a toxic work environment and Is not customer friendly.

Food
I stopped today & ordered 2 hot dogs. I swear they were left over from last night. They were hard to bite through but chewy at the same time it was weird & definitely gross. I will not be ordering food from there anytime soon, if ever again. Also, I used the shelf check out due to multiple other people in line waiting to check out & needed assistance to use my gift card & mto coupon. Well let’s just say the staff should be shown how to use those & be required to take a course or something. Took not one but two staff to try assisting myself & my husband with the coupon because again we needed their approval well after the scanned something they didn’t know what buttons to push & myself & my husband had to finish the required fields to finalize our transaction. Was not such a good morning.

We order a 12 in steak on white toasted with extra cheese (provolone) we got our order and went to the park to eat approx 2 minutes away when I opened it it was toasted but meat was cold and cheese was never melted it was not good I will not order from sheetz again I have gotten hot dogs in the past and they were cold this occurred in Clymer Pa at around 6:45 pm

'Why the sheetz not" advertising!
I'm in advertising. This current marketing promotion is disgusting. 1. You are using a young child in a sexy seductive poses. Totally inappropriate. 2.your slogan why the sheet not subliminally hint to "hell" not. Or Fk not. 3. Tag line refers to love. Again pushing sex and relationship. 4. Eat it refers to oral sex as the middle girl is in an oral sex pose with tounge receiving the juice of a man. All subliminal but blatant. Since every one ...Gets it... food porn using sex actions and words. This is total disgusting and wrong and out of place for supposably a family friendly food place. Bad marketing division
Desired outcome: Remove all advertising and dire the art director who promoted and approved this . They knew what they were doing.
Dumb tv ad
I use to buy food a Sheetz buy have stopped, after seeing one of the worst tv ads I have ever seen. And I am tired of seeing it on tv. This is an ad about some ugly woman buying condoms and acts like she is engaging in some kind of pleasure on tv. I don't need to see this junk. If this is what Sheetz is about I don't need to shop there. This is a poor standards company. You can always buy gas somewhere else that is cheaper.

Cold food order that took 14 minutes to make
I ordered two mto subs at Sheetz in brockway pa, this morning, never leaving the area as to not miss my number being called and it took 14 minutes from the time I placed my order until I received my food. By this time both of the subs were cold and the bread was soagy.
Desired outcome: Ideally I would like the mtos replaced. I didn't have the time to take them back into the store this morning on account of how long it took for me to get my order in the first place
Despicable service
I have ordered at least twice a week for months from this location. I ordered 2 simple things tonight and only got one. The bigger problem was how insanely rude the “woman” was to tell me that my order was fulfilled. Shec scolded me like she was a manager. If so, I’ve seen ants that are more useful. I did not get my food after her increasingly rude behavior. I just wanted to leave. Am I walked away with was 30% of my order.. I will NOT come back.
Desired outcome: Training for someone to either learn their job or how to be a useful human being. She’ll surely fail both.
Ridiculous wait time
Ordered a milkshake online. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Still waiting, with people in front of me, and it’s been over 20 minutes. Certainly won’t be returning to this location ever again. I would just leave because I haven’t paid for it but I’m stuck in the drive through line.

05-06-2022. 7:06 to 7:18 am. Inside order .First time mto order ever. 12 minutes after ordered . I complained food came almost instantly. I called to talk to a manager, they say a high volume. I get it. But why were there people coming in and ordering after me to be filled before?
Just wanted your company to know. Mto will never happen for me and my family ever.
Only missing info is me never buying your MTO ever.
12 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich should never take 12 minutes. Ever.

Slow service
I went up to Sheetz and ordered a pick there appatizer , at 1:40 I received my food at 1:46' I stood there waiting for my three milkshake while the lady took her good old time and I finally got my three milkshake approximately 2oclock then I ordered one milkshake without whip topping and she put it on it. She was standing there talking. They weren't busy and it does not take that long to make milkshake
Sun sandwichs
Today may 5 2022 Thursday at around noon I used the app and placed an order for 2 Italian subs full not half. Have been wanting to try them now I wished I had saved my $16.00. First the packages were all greasy on outside . I did have oil and vinegar put on sub, but at least wipe the package off some. The bread wasn’t fresh it was dry and I don’t know what kind of meat was in the subs but it was disgusting tasting. I was so ticked should of just gone to subway would of been cheaper and better. Heard your food was good but it’s not. The garbage can had the meal.

Paid for large, didn't receive large drink
I placed an order using the Sheetz App and paid for it so I could just pick it up and go on about my day. I paid for a large Hot specialty drink, but only received a regular size drink. I asked the employee about it and was told that "the order was filled based on what was on their screen". You can see from the screenshot of the order and the picture of the slip on my cup, that it was in fact incorrect. I think where she saw "regular" was that it was regular coffee, not a regular size.
Employee dropped my food and gave it to me
I order at 1210 Main St Cuyahoga Falls Ohio 44221 and the person making my food dropped my food and picked it up and put it in my bag. He gave me the food from off the ground. The food was thrown together you can tell he picked it off the ground. Happened May 3rd at around 2 pm
