Sheetz - Received ice cold food a hour after canceling my order

I placed an order through Sheetz. Was told it would be delivered at 7 pm. 7:15 I called and was told it had been done since 6:30. I canceled the order knowing it was going to be cold. They said it would be taken care of and my card would be credited. At 8 pm, my order was delivered ice cold. Called asheetz and was told it wasn't their problem, it was door dash. They lost a loyal customer.

Desired outcome: None needed, I'm done using Sheetz.

Sheetz - Liquor sales / id requirements

Today, December 22, 2020, I was purchasing three small bottles of wine as a stocking stuffer at the Sheetz store in Cresson PA. When I went to check out, I was asked for ID. I'm 69 years old. I informed the young man, Garret, but he still demanded ID. I told him that I was a disabled Vietnam Veteran and asked why I had to jump through hoops to buy wine. He said "We card everyone, It's company policy." I then showed him my military DOD card that I received for being 100% disabled. He accepted that. Ironically, it doesn't even have my date of birth on it! Now, I have grandchildren older than this kid. I then asked for the manager, Sara. She gave me the same song and dance about company policy. I feel that this is asinine to card a 69 year old man. After all the crap we Vietnam Veterans went through upon our return, I'm sick and tired of this kind of treatment. Your company needs a reasonable policy for carding people. The "We card everyone" policy is about as brainless as it gets.
Duane M. Novotny

Desired outcome: Reasonable Policy.
