Sears review: whirlpool dishwasher

I bought a dishwasher February 4, 2016 from the Lawerenceville, Ga Sears Outlet and I want to return it, cause its a piece of crap don't wash correctly or anything its very nice but will not clean your dishes even if its only about 4 or 5 items in it, then I get in contact with them and they spell my name wrong with the whole ordell with the purchase and still doing it with a return they say I can' t return it it hasn't even been 30 days chezz if I knew I would get crap on like this I wouldn't dare buy from sears I buy all my products from Sears but this time is a night mare a living hell of a nightmare I want to return it been on the phone today for 5 hours until my phones go dead now they want even try to get back in touch with you and you know they have your number really people need better customer care service techs but I even bought a 5 year warranty on this crappy dishwasher and now look I have a dishwasher I do want and out of nearly 400.00 bucks really people I am ready to quit trying with you 5 hour still one person tells you on the phone its returnable the other at the store tells you no they don't do returns what the heck help me if anyone can or do you help anyone get things worked out like this if so my number is [protected]
