on 09/22/2025 my refrig quit working on 09/23/2025 I started to try to get it fixed sears was unable to find a tech to fix and was told I would have to find someone to fix it after getting two claim #'s I finally got it fixed I have had to call 13 times and have gotten nowhere still waiting to hear something from someone claim #'s 865158 and 867025 refig and food reimbursements can't believe I spent money for product repair agreement.
Claimed loss: 500 / 200 refrig repair and 300 food loss
