September/October 2025 We bought a Samsung Bespoke 29 cu ft Standard Depth4-Door French Door Refrigerator in the middle of September. Two weeks ago, the freezer stopped working. We tried all the troubleshooting techniques offered, but still no luck. On a Monday morning called customer support. After relaying my problem to four different tech support personal in a period of three hours, I gave up and went to the store-Home Depot- and explained my situation to the sales lady. It took her 2 hours to finally get the name and telephone number of a service company. Three days later they returned a service date for repair. the tech investigated and found leakage and parts problems. We have been four days plus waiting to get a repair. Unbelievable Samsung does not do repair work on weekends. A Samsung rep called on a Friday, and after the required apologies, said that we needed to make a list of the spoiled food items and would be contacting us on the following Monday on a repair update. If you love to spend over several thousand dollars on a Samsung product that is defective, be transferred to clueless customer reps that always apologize but offer no immediate solutions, this is the right company for you. As for us, we will NEVER buy a Samsung product in the future. BUYER BEWARE!
