If I could give negative I would. I have seen several post previously about the Flagship one company. For anyone reading this, please do not use that company. Please read the 1-star comments as they are very accurate. I unfortunate was in a bind and did not read them. They just stole $187 for a bad part when shipped (that took 3 weeks to deliver) and now...

Flagship One Faulty TCM/ECM no warranty

We have been dealing with Flagship One Inc for months over getting a warranty claim settled. And once again nothing but we aren't responsible. My 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7 liter is saying P0700 code that the TCM inside the ECM is bad. They will not replace this faulty part. Total BS! Don't buy from this company. They are fraud! 0 of 5 stars! Customer service is a joke!

What's crazy is The thousands upon thousands of complaints of them getting a product that doesn't work when I can't even get flagship one to actually send me the product that I paid for I gave them money they gave me nothing and it's been a month

Flagship One Return Policy

I purchased an ECU for our Ford Expedition as suggested by my mechanic. But I was unable to get it into the Ford Dealership until a few days after the 30 day return period only to find out it wasn't needed. I had no control over the delay in getting the vehicle in the shop. The item is still in the cheap USPS bubble bag it was shipped in. My only option is to return it for a store credit I'd never use. Unopened item returns should be honored on an individual basis.

Recommendation: Find another seller, or try and hurry you, mechanic

Flagship One They sent me a junk engine control module for my 2013 Camaro LS V6.

I purchased an engine control module for my 2013 Chevy Camaro V6 from Flagship One for$176.

I took my car to my mechanic to install it. The unit would not match up to my vehicle. The key reprogramming steps they sent me did not work. My mechanic decided to reprogram it to the vin number of my car and the unit would not reprogram. Instead it threw 87 codes in reference to the original vehicle the unit came from.

My mechanic told me to return the unit and let them know to refund the money.

I contacted Flagship One in regards of what was going on. They refused to send me a return shipping label until they test the unit. They cannot test the unit if I can't send it back. This makes no sense to me as I am NOT going to send them back their bad unit at my own expense since they sold me the bad unit to begin with and I paid shipping to get it here.

Desired outcome: Full refund of my $176.

Flagship One Warning: Terrible Customer Service and Incompetence from Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com)

This company, Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com), has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will gaslight you and lie to you when you call back to confirm information. I had an issue with the Vin numbers showing manufacturers dates and their account manager told me that 2 ecms came out of a 2011 Camaro and the last one, which is the third non-working computer sent, was a 2008. This is insane because a 2010 car can't take a 2008 ecm. When I told them this, they didn't listen and kept hounding me about what scan tool was used. It's not a scan tool to install a computer on a 2010 Camaro, it has to have a paid subscription for GM tech tool that can be on a laptop and is used for relearning the keys so everything can communicate. However, their ecm would not recognize the keys and when I told them this, they ignored me and played games so I would get frustrated and give up.

Their incompetence is unacceptable and I will not stop until they give me the proper ecm for the car I need for my client. They are ***% unprofessional and their 1-star rating on their reviews is well-deserved. They are con artists at best and won't send you the right part. However, I have documents and photos of 2 separate computer techs showing they can't install the ecm because it's faulty. If you want problems and headaches, use them because that's all they are good at.

Flagship One Beware of Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com): My Frustrating Experience and Subpar Customer Service

As a car repair shop owner, I feel it's important to warn others about my negative experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com). To be honest, I am beyond frustrated with this company and would strongly advise against doing business with them.

I placed an order with them on July 10th and received an email requesting the Vin# the next day. I promptly called in with the Vin# on the following day, but after three days, I realized that my order had yet to be shipped out. When I reached out to their customer service, they informed me that they still did not have my Vin#. I provided it again, but even after three more days, I had no update on my order aside from the fact that it had been sent to programming.

As of today, July 24th, the customer service agent informed me that they had only just received my Vin# two days ago and that the unit had gone to programming. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially given the fact that my customers rely on my ability to fix their cars in a timely manner.

Furthermore, I found their customer service to be completely unhelpful. When I called, I was simply put on hold and never received a response. This led to the line being dropped and my call going unanswered. It's frustrating to deal with such unprofessionalism, especially when you already have a lot on your plate.

I ultimately made the decision to cancel my order with Flagship One Inc, and I highly suggest that you avoid them altogether. While the owner may respond with seemingly genuine apologies and explanations, I can confirm that their responses have been the same for years. They fail to deliver on their promises, and their customer service is subpar at best.

At the end of the day, I want other car owners and repair shops to know that Flagship One Inc is not worth the headache. It's a frustrating and time-consuming experience that could be avoided by doing business with a company that values its customers and their time.

Flagship One Warning: My Horrible Experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com)

If you are considering purchasing a car part from Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com), I urge you to read my personal experience before making a decision. Initially, I was drawn to their website and online store which appeared professional and easy to navigate. However, my experience with their customer service has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

Sadly, the product I received turned out to be faulty, and I had to spend a substantial amount to confirm this with multiple mechanics. When I contacted Flagship One Inc to report the issue, their representative was quick to dismiss my concern and instead suggested that I might be in the wrong. I was appalled by their lack of empathy and their outright refusal to acknowledge my situation. Consequently, I followed their instructions to return the part so they could test it, but since then, I have been met with radio silence despite my repeated attempts to follow up through email and chat.

As a result of their indifference towards my needs as a paying customer, I have been forced to look elsewhere for a reliable car part source. Flagship One Flagship One Inc Review: Terrible Customer Service and Incorrectly Programmed Part

I recently had an experience with Flagship One Inc and I must say it was not a pleasant one. I waited for over a month to receive my ECM for my 01 Dodge 1500, only to realize that it was programmed incorrectly. Despite waiting for a long time to get a response, I received no reply from them. I had to manually shift gears just to get the truck running as it would not even shift cruise control. The module was programmed for a standard, whereas it was supposed to be for an automatic. Frustrated and disappointed, I reached out to FS1 through emails, but I never got any response. I decided to call them and share my concern with them, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. With no signs of assistance, I was put on hold for 30 minutes or more whenever I got lucky enough to get through to someone. And even worse, the person on the other end had no idea about my account, and kept telling me they would forward my request to my account manager so they could get back to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I never heard anything back, even after reaching out to them twice.
Desperate for a resolution, I decided to try the live chat feature on their website, but my experience was no different. After speaking with an agent who claimed to be my account manager, I still didn't get the RMA or an offer for a refund or replacement. I am now regretting my decision to do business with Flagship One Inc, and I don't recommend anyone else to do the same. Their customer service is beyond terrible, and even after months of ordering my ECM, my truck still fails to work correctly, and they have not even tried to correct their mistake. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company for your needs, as my experience is far from positive.

Flagship One Flagship One Inc: Poor ECU Repair Service and Customer Support

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) when I sent my ECU for repair. At first, it worked well for about a year, but then I began experiencing some serious issues with my car's fan, which sounded like a jet engine. Despite tapping the ECU and causing the fan noise to stop, I was advised to check the fan anyway. I tried installing three different Mercedes fans, but none of them seemed to work, and my car was in danger of overheating. To make matters worse, my car would cut off randomly while it was running, causing a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.

When I tried to contact "Terrance G" from Flagship One Inc about my issues, he refused to send a return label and directed me to go through the website instead. I sent the unit back to them, but it took a whopping 4 MONTHS for them to return it to me. During this time, I had to endure countless phone calls and emails trying to get a status update, but received the same nonsense each and every time.

When my ECU was returned to me, it was practically destroyed - and they tried to blame ME for the damage! Why would I purposely break an ECU for a Benz s550? It made no sense. To add insult to injury, my car wouldn't even start or go into park after installing the repaired ECU. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was told that it was my fault and that I had to replace various other parts - all of which were unnecessary.

To make matters worse, the ECU tabs were broken when it was shipped back to me, and one leg of the unit was missing. When I sent it back to them again, they had it for another three weeks and didn't fix a thing. I was beyond frustrated at this point, and no one at Flagship One Inc seemed to care. I tried contacting two "account managers", but received no response from either one.

In total, I called Flagship One Inc about 30 times over the course of five months, but was met with little to no help or support. To make matters worse, my Snap-On tool wasn't able to read the ECU - there was no communication between the two. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Flagship One Inc, and I can't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable ECU repairs. If you want to avoid endless frustration, then stay away from this company.

Flagship One Fraudulent Misrepresentation: My Terrible Experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com)

Unfortunately, my experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) was far from satisfactory. Despite the positive reviews, my purchase of an ECM from them was a nightmare. After installation, the ECM was not functioning, which was disappointing after seeing their website state that it may need additional programming from a dealership. After taking my vehicle to a local service center, the mechanics informed me that the ECM was faulty and could not even communicate with their equipment for further programming. I immediately contacted Flagship1 and they advised that they would reprogram it for me. Upon receiving the reprogrammed ECM, I had the dealership install it again, but still experienced the same issues. Nothing was happening, no check engine light, and it was as if the ECM was not even there.

When trying to reach out to Flagship One once again, their customer service was appalling. They were indignant and offered no solution for the issues I was facing. At this point, I requested a refund, but they never responded to my requests. I was out of pocket by $285.00 and left with a useless part. It is clear that they do not stand behind their products and are only interested in the profit they can make. They are intentionally defrauding their customers, which is unacceptable.

I believe that they have committed fraudulent misrepresentation of their product and I will be taking the appropriate action against them. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission, the Internet Crime Complaint Center, the complaintsboard.com, and any other organization that can assist me in filing a report against these criminals. My experience with Flagship One Inc was terrible, and I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

Flagship One Unpleasant Experience with fs1inc.com: Faulty Part, Poor Customer Service, No Refund

As a regular person with a busy life, trying to save money by doing some auto work myself, I ordered an ecu from fs1inc.com. Unfortunately, after I swapped the ecu, it wasn't communicating to program keys properly. I was really disappointed with the situation but decided to take it to a locksmith and dealership to help me out. However, nobody was able to establish communication with the ecu. When I reached out to fs1, they were considerate enough to issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA), which was a positive sign.

But, I had to contact fs1 multiple times to get the RMA issued and ended up paying for the shipping to return the faulty item myself. Though I was happy to get a new ecu, it had the exact same problems. Again, no one could get it to communicate properly to program keys. I tried really hard to research the problem but eventually decided to give in and let the dealership do the parts and repairs, which, as expected, wasn't cheap.

When I approached fs1 again to return the ecu, things took a turn for the worse. They refused to issue a refund, citing their 30-day refund policy, even though I had reported the faulty item to them and spent over two weeks of that time in transit for an RMA. The person I chatted with mentioned that they were the only supervisor who could help, but they were not willing to do anything about it. All they offered was another RMA, even though after two failures from them, I paid for the dealership to do everything for me. It was clear that I didn’t need another bad ecu from them, and at this point, I just needed my money back.

All things said and done, I must confess that the customer service I received from fs1 was callous and unpleasant. Given the experience, I will not be ordering from fs1inc.com again.

Flagship One Flagship One Inc Review: Frustrating Experience and Poor Customer Service

I had an unfortunate experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) that left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. The process took over 6 months to complete and involved speaking to at least 20 different customer service representatives and making over 40 calls. I had 3 different account managers who were supposed to be in charge of my account, but one of them was impossible to reach and the other two only spoke to me once each. Despite my efforts to communicate through email, I did not receive any meaningful response except for a return form and an email about my part that I sent back. Unfortunately, the return form turned out to be a waiver of my rights, which is something that their managers emphasize frequently. This was a major point of contention because I had been trying to communicate with them since October, but they had not been responsive. It made me feel like the company might not be legitimate and that they only care about taking money without any regard for their customers or their own operations.

The only positive aspect of my experience was the politeness of their customer service representatives. Most of them were kind and professional, but there were a few who even hung up on me mid-conversation. I noticed that each call was recorded, and I think it would be beneficial for the company to listen to all of them and grade themselves.

All of this has left me feeling very frustrated and disappointed with Flagship One Inc. I hope that they take some serious action to address the issues that I experienced so that future customers do not have the same negative experience.

Flagship One Fraud alert: My frustrating experience purchasing an ECM from Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com)

My experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) has been frustrating to say the least. I ordered an ECM from them on eBay on January 4th and was charged right away. While they did send me a USPS tracking number the next day with an estimated delivery date of January 12th, that's where the smooth experience ended.

When the 12th came and went with no delivery, I called to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that they had refunded me because the ECM they had wouldn't program. Understandably, I left a negative review on eBay. Lo and behold, they called me back soon after and apologized, saying that they had another computer for my vehicle and could give me a $50 discount if I removed the negative feedback and reordered.

I agreed and gave them my credit card info again, thinking everything was sorted. However, they called back five minutes later and said they couldn't process the order until I removed the negative feedback. When I asked how to do so, they gave me incorrect instructions, stating that I could revise the feedback myself. When I checked eBay, I found out that only the seller could initiate a request for revision. After they finally sent the request to me, I revised my negative feedback and called back on January 18th to reorder.

On January 18th, they took my money again and said they would ship the ECM by January 21st. Unfortunately, my nightmare continued when I called on January 24th to see where it was and they gave me another tracking number, claiming that the ECM they had wouldn't program and they were going to try another one. They said it would take two to four days to program and ship the ECM. Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told that the manager was unavailable and they would leave a message for them to contact me.

Altogether, Flagship One Inc has taken my money twice and given me the runaround, leaving me anxious and uncertain about whether or not I'll ever receive my order. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of purchasing from this company.

Flagship One Disappointing Experience with Flagship One Inc: A Cautionary Tale for Buyers

Recently, my son's Jeep experienced a faulty Power Train Control Module (PCM). Given that the dealership informed us that the part was no longer being produced, we were left with the difficult decision of either repairing the unit or finding a suitable replacement through the aftermarket channels.

After an extensive search for local repair services, we happened upon Flagship One Inc, located in Lynbrook, NY, via their website, and we engaged one of their representatives through their online chat functionality on Friday, August 14th. During the chat, we expressed our concerns about the repairs, and Flagship One Inc assured us that they could repair the PCM, and in the event that that was not possible, our money would be refunded. Additionally, while placing the order, we explicitly informed them that we would continue our search for a replacement unit, and asked if it were possible to cancel the order if we found a new PCM. Flagship One Inc confirmed that it was possible.

After searching for replacement PCM, we found our desired part over the weekend and reached out to Flagship One Inc via email on Monday, August 17th, to request the cancellation of our order and to inform them of our purchase. We asked for confirmation via email once our credit card had been credited in full. It's important to note that we did not send our original PCB to Flagship One Inc for repair, as we found a replacement before initiating the order with them.

Unfortunately, despite our repeated attempts to understand the status of our credit, we received no notifications from Flagship One Inc. To verify the credit, we engaged them in another online chat, where we reiterated our concerns and asked about the status of our refund. We were once again assured that our credit card would indeed be credited, and that an email confirmation would be sent to us. However, when no email arrived, we initiated yet another chat, only to receive an apology and a promise that our credit would be processed promptly.

It is now clear that no credit was applied to our credit card, and we find ourselves in the position of having to dispute the charges with our card company. As a result, we have lost faith in Flagship One Inc's reputation and are questioning the validity of their published high reviews. We hope that others take our experience into account before deciding to engage Flagship One Inc for their automotive needs.

Flagship One Disappointing Experience with Flagship One Inc: Lack of Communication, Excuses, and Delays

In 2017, I had the pleasure of dealing with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) when I bought an ECM module for my 2003 Durango. I was extremely impressed with their friendly customer service and prompt attention to my order. Everything was completed within a quick turnaround time and the experience was simply great.

However, my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. On 9/1/2020, I reached out to the company to order an ECM for my 2001 F250 Powerstroke. I was disappointed as the person who attended to my call had an Indian accent, unlike the shop staff I previously dealt with.

After verifying the availability of the product, I was informed that it would take 1-3 days to program and ship it. However, my order was not processed as communicated. When I reached out to the company on [protected], I was told that my ECM had not yet been programmed. To make matters worse, I was told that the staff I was dealing with could not offer assistance as they were just a call center.

Feeling disgruntled, I called back again on [protected] and raised my concerns with another person with an Indian accent from the call center. I was informed that the company was backed up with orders and assured that my order was a top priority. I stated that I had called on 9-1-2020, with an understanding that my order would have been processed timely, within 1-3 days.

After listening to more excuses, I asked for a refund for my order. I was pleased to receive an email an hour later stating that I would be refunded the full amount. However, later that day, I received an email from the company that the module was being programmed but it might be delayed due to a high volume of orders. I was told that Flagship One was doing their best to fulfill the order as quickly as possible and that they would keep me updated.

In my opinion, I found this email to be pathetic. I was promised great service, but what I received was a lack of communication, excuses, and delays. I was disappointed that the company failed to keep up their previous high standards of service delivery. I'm not sure what changed, but I am sure that I won't be dealing with Flagship One Inc again, and I advise other individuals to approach this company with caution.
