Sam's Club Shipping

I placed an online order for many items I am needing to prepare food for our upcoming camp... The package I received yesterday included syrup. It arrived on my porch busted up and syrup had been dripped all the way from the curb, up the sidewalk and on my front porch. The driver actually took the bottle of syrup out of the box and left them beside the box in a puddle of syrup so he obviously knew there was a problem. It was a huge mess. Order [protected]

Desired outcome: at least send me the two new bottles of syrup.

Sam's Club Fraudulent order

Discovered my email had been hacked on June 6, 2022 when I woke up to almost 900 emails that kept increasing. Instantly went to my bank accounts to make sure all was OK there, which it was not. There was a $678 charge pending out of my chase bank account. As soon as Sam’s Club opened I called them as the charge was an order with them. Scrolling through the emails I actually found an order that I’ve been placed with Sam’s Club. I asked them to cancel the order and they refused and said they could not cancel it. They informed me I would be contacted by their Fraud Dept. I never received a phone call. On Tuesday I called them back which at this point the item had been received at another address that was not my home. It has been signed for at a Walgreens by someone other than myself. They said that they cannot do anything and I would have to contact my bank. There’s no reason why they could not have canceled the order after it has just been placed a few hours before. Now I’m fighting with my bank to get my money back.

Desired outcome: I need a refund of the fraudulent order of $678. They could have cancelled the order and all fine. I was hacked in their store while doing Scan n Go over their Wi-Fi

Sam's Club Box wine

I bought four Bota boxes of wine which is equal to 16 bottles of wine on the May 27th. The second box I opened was bad and had turned to vinegar. I took it back to Sam"s the next day which was June 7th, First they told me I couldn't bring opened wine into the store I explained the problem and the clerk went and got a manager. The manager told be I had to bring it back with in five days to get a refund. All I wanted to do was exchange it. As I left the counter she told me to take the bad wine because I couldn't leave it there. I told her they sold t to me so I left. I opened all four boxes of wine and verified only the one was bad. I bought four boxes of wine which would be impossible for me to realize one was bad with in five days unless I opened all of them. I believe you should either replace the box or refund my $16.68

Desired outcome: either replace the box of wine or a refund of $16.68

Sam's Club Gas discount announcement

I do not understand why you always send these gas savings emails with specific dates to save 10%. I just filled up 2 days ago, and now you send out an email on Jun 3rd to announce an opportunity to save when purchasing gas on Saturdays in June. Can't you send these dates out much earlier so we can plan our fill-ups at SamsClub? You did this before and the dates were for a Tuesdays in April, I believe the date was. Why do you have to get this gas saving discount on specific dates? Doesn't that make the gas lines much longer since customers have to rush in on Saturdays, which is already a busy date? Why not make the deal more broadly, e.g. all gas sales in the month of June at SamsClub? I'm very discouraged by your email since I have already filled up and don't drive much now since gas prices are so high. No savings for me, unfortunately. I hope management will reevaluate how these gas saving days are planned and implemented. Edwin Davison, Plus Member

Sam's Club Cell phone service at&t

I have tried calling Sam's Club Manager - Kentwood Michigan and no return calls.

Also called AT&T and no help. This has been going on since the time of new service with AT&T in December 2021.

Sams Club is selling AT&T service and the employees working there are portraying that they are employed by AT&T. Making promises that AT&T is not providing.

AT&T at Sam's Club overcharged me and has been overcharging on monthly bills.

No Resolution and help from Sams Club or their AT&T booth at Sam's Club location.

Desired outcome: I would like to get all credits owed to me and have them make good on promises that confirmed.

Sam's Club Out door water slide on page 39 of current sales book

There is no item number on the pop-up water park slide on page 39 in the current sale flyer, called the store they cannot help you without an item number, called customer service on the 800 number, they couldn’t help without an ID number. I asked for the complaint line, got a supervisor instead, she did finally look it up and said it must be out of stock, this feels almost like false advertising to me because there’s no item number so everyone says it not out there! I could never look it up, and 40 minutes of my time has been used that I’ll never get back! When I called in you knew who I was by my phone number, but I couldn’t find out anything about one little blowup waterslide! I can see why Costco is so busy when I go in to Costco now! Sam’s Club has went downhill a lot in the last five years very disappointing! The Sams club division was always better than Walmart, but not anymore!

My last packages have been received in horrible condition and most of the time no packing material

I am including a picture . The cans are tossed around and bent and the crackers are beat and crumbles . This is unacceptable ! I just placed another order and now I regret it . I

Should never have accepted several packages that I did

I am a business owner and I do not have a sams club card. I have never lost or let my debit card out of my site. some how someone that has to be from inside job has used my business card to rack up 590 individual transactions totalling $13,298.over a 14 day period...the transaction code is for membership renewal sams club cards. ranging from $5 to $160. because I do not have a sams club card your company is telling me they cant refund my money. not fair unethical.

the bank and visa tells me to contact sams club and sams club tells me to call them. it can clearly be seen its fraud and no one wants to give me my money back. I have asked dis reps for the address or and number to cororate and no one wants to give me that. its clear that this is happening alot and reps are being told to not give any information. i want to get this cleared up. i am waiting for a detective to contact me amd the next step is to conatct the news i have reported this to numerous finacial institutes also . I have bankstament proof.. your system will not let me upload supporting docments...go figure..probably so the company can delay or not respond

Sam's Club Service

I place an order at Sam's club Novi, Michigan, May 29, 2022 and had a pickup time of 12:00-1:00. I go to pick up my item and the guy working at the pickup says to me "I'm busy" I said ok no problem, just wanted you to know I'm her for my pick up, he again says "I'm Busy" I said I will wait over here. So...I waited and waited and waited! He wasn't busy, he was putting orders together and not giving me my PAID order. I ended up walking out without it since the service desk line was way too long and no one to help me in pickup. I think you need a lot better training for customer service.

Desired outcome: Trained employees that actually know how to work the pickup area.

Sam's Club bait and switch-

You are using bait and switch! I drove to the store yesterday (May 30, 2022) to purchase two tables for the price it lists online at 24.98 but was charged 26.98. You should not charge me more than what is listed on your webpage. Nothing mentions your prices could be more if you drive to the store.The tables were out when asking to ship so i drove to the store. When I asked about it, I'm told the store is more expensive than the webpage lists and you don't match your own prices. Looks like bait and switch-

Desired outcome: Give me a 4.00 credit

Sam's Club Headlight Restore damage to Passenger side headlight

We had our headlights on our 2005 Acura TL restored at CLUB306254, 16701 94TH AVE N, MAPLE GROVE, MN 55311 on [protected]:23 PM. Invoice Number [protected]. Technician Adama 3033.

Two individuals worked on the restore lights. One on the front left driver side of our car who knew what he was doing and another on the front right passenger side of car.

Recently we noticed that our left front restored light had acid or something left on it and moisture collected inside of the lens. I attached photos of the botched up job the one individual did on the front right passenger side of car, and the other driver side that was done properly.

Just a opinion that the individual that botched up the passenger side didn't know what he was doing and damaged the entire light lens with acid. The other individual did the job properly and looks good no damage.

Desired outcome: Cost for headlight and repair: Headlight without bulb $286.99. Cost to install $240.00. Asking for damages done be authorized payment to us . Thankyou for your interest to satisfy our deserved request.

Sam's Club Employee

Today I went into Sam's club and was help by an associate while checking out due to my large cart. When I went to the exit door to have my receipt checked the employee was very rude. She started to yell at me that I did not scan both packs of chicken, but only scanned one pack twice and there was a price difference of $2. I told her an associate had done the scanning for me and she told me there was no way. She then told me with attitude to go to the customer service area and threw her arm in the air pointing in a direction. I kindly asked her if she could open the rope so I could turn around and go there to fix the issue. She then again with attitude yelled at me no. When I got to the customer service desk I told the lady there what happened and she was very apologetic and helpful. I spent nearly $700 during this trip and come here weekly for my grocery shopping for my home and office. This older lady who was checking the receipts today was so rude and it honestly ruined my experience. I am a loyal customer and feel as though issues like this should be handled without attitude or yelling.

Sam's Club Simpson Pressure Washer MS61001-S

I purchased the power washer on line from Sam's on 7/2019. Since it was late in the year, I had no reason to use the power washer.

So the next and only time I used the unit was to clean my Toro mower. At that time I shut it down for the winter. The next time I tried the power washer was this June, and the unit failed to work. I was told by the manufacturer that the pump was only guaranteed for 1 Year. I was told that one of their service department near me was Northern Tool in Asheville, NC. I took the unit over there and was told by the service rep. that they didn't work on that model

, because of the type of pump that is on the model that I purchased from you. I have been turned down on any help with any help on the warrantee, I'm asking for some help from Sam's Club. I noticed that that Model is still being sold in the local Sam's. I just want to let your company know that if that is the kind of product that you sell and the manufacturer is not willing to work with a customer any better than this, you should take a hard look at removing their product from your stores. Sam's Club Optical Department

I went to the optical department at Sam's Club in Corpus Christi. They were very friendly and I picked out a pair of frames. When I got the new glasses back they were not correct. I took them back in, they checked them with their machine and said "no, these are correct, you need to go back to your eye doctor, he must have made the mistake." I went back to my eye doctor, he re-checked my glasses and my eyes and said that the glasses were not the prescription he wrote and that Sam's had got it wrong. I sent back to Sam's again and they continued to insist that it was the eye doctor's fault. I went to a separate eye doctor and she said the same thing, Sam's got it wrong. I tried to call Sam's corporate offices, this was a nightmare! It took numerous calls, getting transferred to dead-ends, waiting on hold forever etc. I finally got the "right" person who took my info and said I would be hearing from Sam's via email to resolve this issue. That was a month ago and I have heard nothing. Now I have a pair of glasses that are useless because I can't see out of them at all. I will have to pay out of pocket at a different optical place if I want to actually be able to utilize the glasses. You would think that Sam's would want to know if their machine was not reading the prescriptions correctly and that the glasses they made were wrong! I will never go to Sam's for glasses again and will tell others the same. I may not re-new my membership, I feel unheard and ripped off.

Desired outcome: My insurance should have been reimbursed so that I could get new lenses somewhere else.

Sam's Club Terrible Service at Sam's Club Pick and Pull

I ordered several items from Sam's Club Online for pick up outside at my car

I never got an alert on my phone that order was ready

I called after the scheduled ready time and it took me 10 minutes to get through in order to be told that it was a computer error and that my order was ready and they would be out as soon as i arrive

I waited 15 minutes calling several times and they told me they would be right out

I tried to call to ask to speak tp the Manager and i was put on Hold for 5 minutes

I finally received a message that my order was ready for pick up after i picked up my order

this happened at Waukesha, WI Sam's Club at about 4:30 PM on 5/23/22

Desired outcome: I would like to be acknowledged as a customerBad service is not OK

Sam's Club Not the same price

We looked at a generator on sams web site it was $499.98, we went to get it and it was $579.98.We called the manager he said that $499.98 was pick up price and i could order it and come back in 4 hours and pay $499.98. I told hime i was here and could take it but was still told i needed to wait 4 hours to get the $499.98.we also needed a bed frame web site was $44.98 at the store it was $44.98 how am i supposed to know what is cheaper if i order and wait 4 hours.I went ahead and got the generator but feel sams should give me the same price that is on the web .They need to tell the price difference if there is one.thank you
