The local club had a sign attached to the Pergola advertising GoConfigure as their installer for a fee of $449.00 which we paid. On 06/06/22 the installer arrived on my property with the Pergola and in less that 2 hours proceeded to not only break the new Pergola but also cause damage to my property.
Neither GoConfigure nor the local Sam's Club have been any help in this matter.
My question is whether this can be solved in a business matter or should I be prepared to that legal action.
Desired outcome: All I want is the new merchindice and the service that I have paid for in good faith.
