Subject: Concern Regarding Employee Attire and Hygiene Practices
Dear Sam’s Club Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding cleanliness and hygiene practices at your Kissimmee location (4763 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746).
During my visit on Sunday, November 24th, at approximately 3:30 PM, I used the fresh orange juice machine and observed the employee operating it. Unfortunately, his attire and hygiene practices were highly inappropriate and unsanitary. The employee was wearing sagging pants that exposed his underwear. His pants repeatedly slipped down as he worked, and he continually pulled them up while wearing gloves—the same gloves he used to handle items related to the juicing process. Each time he grabbed his pants or underwear, his gloves became contaminated.
Additionally, I noticed that he appeared to be washing oranges in the back area, but the black plastic container used to hold the oranges did not look clean. Watching him transfer the oranges directly from that unclean container into the juicing machine made me question the overall sanitation of the fresh juice being served.
I believe this situation reflects a lack of proper training and oversight. I respectfully request that Sam’s Club provide stronger guidance on employee dress code, hygiene standards, and proper food-handling procedures at this location.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope appropriate corrective action will be taken to ensure a cleaner and more professional environment for customers.
Sincerely, PL
