Safeway review: Unethical behaviour

I have used this safeway pharmacy sence it opened. There have always been issuses but they have gotten worse in the last couple of years. One issue is their employee David. He is rude, lies about your perscription and gives false information. He acts as if he is the boss. I dropped off my scrip on 3/31/2020 and made sure that it would be filled by 4/4 /2020. I was told yes. When I called on 4/4/20 to pick up my script David told me that they didn't have it. I told him I took the scrip in and handed it to the woman at the window. She told me it would be filled on the 4th. David gave the phone to the pharmacist and he told me that they could give me three days worth of meds instead of filling my perscription. This is unacceptable. I am having surgery on 4/6/20 and I need this medication. David told me that if I didn't pick it up on 4/6/20 I wouldn't be able to get it. I told him that I was Having Surgery on that date. The pharmacist told me I could pick it up on 4/7/20. I am having breast cancer surgery. I can't tell you how much stress this has caused me. This is not the first time this has happen. It happens to other people too. Long lines, long wait periods, and faxes not taken from doctors offices for people scrips makes for a poorly run pharmacy.
