I got on July 28th and account number 506100824 with Roger's which was a price of 55 per month for a 5g NSBYoD and also same day same company I added my plan of Roger's xfinity under the confirmation 2504082117 which includes express setup, pro install and fee waiver including IPTV, I got the equipment and from there until now December 15th I have been a victim of corrupted manipulation on my account where somehow all my services has not been installed or got canceled or modified without my consent and an endless catwalk of technicians, supervisors and representatives coming to my last two places each one with a different connection for my xfinity internet, some of them going in and out to another units on the same building and all of them sayingbny service will be activated in the next fur tree her days it's been 4 months and now I have mul Dr ipke accounts, each one with different bills, installation charges and no service, some of them literally new been doing connections to other units while they argue are making on mine, all of them takes my equipments and leave me each time broken or incomplete equipment, las t time I got advised somehow someone was canceling services and appointmes as soon as I did them reason why I got offered by a supervisor that Roger's will compensate me for this endless struggling that even ended afectungbmy university performabce and overexpensive bill during this last mknths due the lack of internet at hone that was supposed to be free since it was offered fron ny current building as a service of 10 years of xfinity and the supervisor offered me a gateway 4gen plus an indoor camera and outdoor camera at half price due this circumstances in addition to wave all the charges I was been charged for erronly. Last tjnes I got taken as fool because the installer refused to help me to install my camera and setup for my internet via eternity but on my laptop but specifically the last two visits showed me because one install cables and even left me a cable for the ethernet and the last one ask me do not see the closet or open it, I found that comment weird so I went to check and complete the previous installation o got pieces of cables patched and attached with transparent cubes versus the previous technicians who installed one massive yellow cable and one blue so mow o have several accounts, all under ny name and each time I call they say is business account or consime or residential but mm o longer says a student account withvresidentisl xfinity. It's been 4 months, all my communications is on Roger's and today I ve been told someone used my services and was getting bill for that, please help me tobreachnout who has been corrupting and sa now staging my services if it's Roger's, the management of my building or a person interfering but also illegally doing usage of my line. Is not about the money or promotions is my tool of communication and it's on someone's hands using and getting support from Roger's directly, I have been receiving about 10 visits from technicians eachbone with different excuses and arguments about my connections.
