Horrific experience from the start. I was switched from another company at London Drugs by a "specialist" telling me I would have activation fee of 75$ waived and would have the same, manageable (for me) bill of 35$ a month. Rogers proceeded to charge the 75$ and 45$ for my bill and then when I tried to dispute the charge and reach the original "specialist" he was MIA from London Drugs. I refused to pay the 75$ so my services were suspended, my phone disconnected and an additional 75$ activation fee was added. I have since accrued 401$, I've had the contract for 4 months and 45$ of that 400$ is an actual phone bill...the rest is reconnection. I feel so taken advantage of. Again. Awful company, I will avoid them and every affiliate the have from now on.
Claimed loss: 2 months+ of consistent service, 400$ and counting....and my sanity.
Desired outcome: I would like the all the 75$ fees to be redacted, my service to be restored and my bill to revert back to what I was told i would recieve at the time of activation.
