I purchased roam sweet roam for a trip to Dominican republic 70.00$ last week, On Saturday we found out we could not travel. I tried to call rogers multiple times no answer business office closed. Try again several times Sunday again closed. I received email notice that roam sweet roam was now active. Called today (Monday) told by the female contact that there was no way to stop or cancel or refund for the service! I asked for a contact number or transfer to a supervisor I was told that there is no way to do that and that the supervisor cant change anything. I guess it is time to find another provider for my two hubs and business cell
