Decided to switch from telus to rogers dec22/2025 and did not want activation till jan8/2026. was advised 15.00/month no activation fees. Jan 23 called re:116.00 bill and wad advised my bill would be only 15.95 plus tax. Recieved another message I owed 116.00 when called I was advised I had to pay that activation up front and was given incorrect info. Not happy and will decide in next 24 hours to go back to telus because your people gave me wrong info. I will pay the 16.75 but not the 116.00. I was told they could not dredit my account. Please get your ducks in a row and give the correct info. Please respond within 24 hours.

Desired outcome: Waive activation and resend a bill for 15.95 plus 5% tax
