I am writing to expose the shocking level of unprofessionalism, arrogance, and customer abuse I have experienced at the hands of Reliance Jio and their employee, Arsalan (Contact: [protected]) from the Shrivardhan office.
For days, the local Jio office has been closed without notice, leaving me without any support for my service. When I finally reached Arsalan, his response was not to help, but to arrogantly challenge me on a WhatsApp call: "Directly go to the complaint, do complaint whatever you do xyz please do." This was said on WhatsApp, a clear attempt to avoid being recorded.
Despite escalating this to Jio's highest authorities, including the Grievance Officer and Appellate Authority, their response has been a slap in the face: a vague promise of "internal action" with no transparency and no real consequences for Arsalan.
Jio is protecting an abusive employee who is a liability to their brand. I am now taking this public and will be filing formal complaints with TRAI and the Consumer Forum, seeking financial compensation for the harassment I have endured.
