I bought an Amateur Radio Skybridge hotspot from BridgeCom Systems, Inc. It's an electronic gadget. Unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty. So, I sent it back and asked for a refund of the $300 I paid. They said they fixed it and sent me a package. However, I returned the package without opening it. Now, they're saying I never sent the device back. I'm left with no refund and no device. I'm out $300 and all I have is the company's explanation.

I called the company before buying a radio. I told them I needed it for my county emergency radio system as a first responder. Unfortunately, the radio doesn't work with my county system. When I called to return it, they told me there would be a 25% restocking fee and it would take a long time to get my refund. They never mentioned the return policy when I called initially. I specifically asked if I could return the item if it didn't work for my county system, and they should have told me about the 25% restocking fee. When I called to return it, they kept saying that the return policy is on their website. They suggested that I sell it on ***.

Avoid BridgeCom like the plague! Bridgecom is a terrible company to do business with. I ordered a B-stock 578 on 4/6/22. They said shipping was free, but they still charged me $15 for shipping. They did refund the $15 on 4/8/22. Fast forward to 4/15/22, and I still hadn't received any shipping information. I asked when I could expect a tracking number, and they said they were struggling to get radios in stock. This is a used radio that should have been available before they sold it. I was frustrated and asked for a refund. They emailed me saying they couldn't process the refund until Monday 4/18/22. Monday came, and they didn't want to give me a refund. Instead, they tried to sell me a more expensive radio that I don't want or need. It's now Tuesday 4/19/22, and I haven't received any communication about the refund being processed. I'm starting the chargeback process with my credit card company because BridgeCom won't give me a refund and doesn't have the product they sold me to ship. I have no intention of doing business with BridgeCom again in the future.
