I mr. Shyamakanta pattanaik, having mobile number-[protected] is an user of reliance smart gsm service from last 5years. But now a days I found unauthorized balance deduction from my number. I got information from customer care executive that balance was deducted for love tip (Last month) and for voicechat with new friends (This month) , the deduction of balance was completely without my knowledge.
The customer care executive did not give the clear information about the matter and not behaving properly. As I am an user of your company from last 5 years, I am suggesting you not to do this type of deduction of balance which is not expectable from your company and also it will decrease the company image.
Therefore I request you to look in to my matter seriously and return my deduct balance as soon as possible, otherwise customer like me will think for change of sim.

Several complaints on *333 given and to your customer care, but all in vain and all in deaf ears? It seems company is sitting to loot only, to extract and extort money only. Pls dont use or buy reliance broadband+ netconnect ..because data usage automatically increased without opening internet page...and aslo after closing internet page data usage increased automatically...pls be aware...while contacting customer care they said not possible and not sending engg to check the issues...also postpaid connection if 3GB plan means, consumed units on the month was 2GB but they calculating monthly rental 3GB(Rs.1049) only instead of 2GB(Rs.700) consumption...unnecessarly Rs.300 per connection people has been lost ultimately and people money cheated by the company in the branded name... mail sent to TRAI dept also...but no body taken care on this issue...TRAI(telecom reglatory authority of india) people pls look into this matter...and save people from these kind of cheating servie providers ...
I am a regular Reliance customer using a Reliance GSM SIM since 2 years in Kolkata...
But from last 10 days someone is tracing my all calls through call centers without my permission which is creating serious problems in my personal life, so kindly take any active steps to stop those tracings..
My landline charger (Classic 24) has not been working for the past ten days. I had already booked my complaint with you at customer care on 13th september (complaint number— [protected]) and I was told to receive a new charger that day itself. Neither charger nor any call has come from your side. Then I again contacted at *333 and they ask for more time. After waiting for a day or two, today I again called them to remind about my complaint to which they answered that my matter has been resolved (they said that it was mentioned as solved in their record) I wonder how it is possible when almost everyday I am calling them to resolve this matter. No person nor any phone call has come from your side then how is that my problem is shown as solved. In reality I am feeling a lot of inconvenience due to non-working of my ll.
I believe that your company is of good repute but this experience of mine makes me feel that you are just like any other private organization which barely pay heed to the customers' sufferings... Then why the hell you have customer care when they do not reply to the customers' calls properly.
And this is not the first time time that I notice such negligence from your part. Prior to this, I had booked a complaint for replacement of antenna around one month ago, but that request is still pending... Please look into the matter as early as possible or else I would have to surrender my set as it is of no use keeping that at my home... It is rather a burden.

My Last bill Amount was Rs 637. & I paid only Rs 500 on 20-Aug-2010, I thought balance would be paid with next bill cycle Rs 137, I was using broadband on 01-Sep-2010 & it was not connected & I called to customer care then I know my connection was disconnected because Rs 137 was overdue, It was disconnected without any Intimation, I was very surprised that my connection was disconnected without any intimation, I was angry & I requested to customer care please disconnect my connection permanently, they recd my request & said Sir, from here you will be receive a call for disconnect of your broadband, I don't have the requested tkt no)
But till 6-Sep-2010 I didn't recd any call from your side, then I called to customer care in the morning for pay pending payment & request for close my previous request (discontinue of Services / connection). she told me Sir your connection would be activated max. after 3 hrs then you can pay & your previous complaint has been closed, near by 12 O'clock I paid my balance amount.
At 07 : 30 PM I plug in my broadband to my Laptop, then it was not connected, again I called to customer care, they said me your connection has been suspended as per your request. I surprised that I had already paid the balance amount & give the request for close my previous requset as per customer care officer last request has already been closed hows this possible.
In the reliance customer care there was Mr Mangesh & his supervisor Mr Nishant, they told me your service would be activated only from Reliance Webworld,
Its really very irrated if the connection could be suspended from customer care then why it cann't be activated directly though customer care, its very harrasment thing with reliance. I don't have time to visit any reliance web world or reliance communication.
After my Billing cycle bill was generated on 07-Sep-2010, on 09-Sep-2010 I called to customer care for deduction of bill of those period from 01-Sep-2010 to 07-Sep-2010 because my connection was termination from your side. & one more thing in the bill late fee charges are showing in my bill,
there are 2 things 1) Broadband disconnected & late fee charges are on the bill. why I suffer from both side late fee charges & disconnection of Broadband??????? (As per TRI bill should be deducted if the services are not disconnected from service provider)
I Recd a call from Reliance customer care they told me Sir Bill Amount cann't the deduct due the your connection has not been discontinue between 01-Sep-2010 to 07-Sep-2010, it was running in 1X Mode, I was not aware about the same, & after so many calls anybody didn't tell me. thats showing Reliance Customer Care Training are very poor. I was not satisfied with this answer, & today when I checked my service tkt in my Service there was Bill Problem Tkt has been closed if the customer is not satisfied complaint cann't be closed, Tkt no was [protected].
So many things are very poor, Reliance Customer care Service are very poor, no body is taking responsibility, everybody tell different different thing.

I had given request to service provider for converting my Post-paid Reliance Mobile connection (No. - [protected]) to Pre-paid connection. They asked me to clear my outstanding bill and give application for convertion to Pre-paid. I did the same as per advice given to me. But, to my surprise, they permanently closed the connection.On making several complaints at various level, I was told that now it is not possible to continue the same Mobile no. and I should go for new connection.
You know how difficult it is to change the number, as all my contacts have my old number and I am totally contactless.
Please resolve my issue and help me to restart my old Mobile number with prepaid mode of payment.

sir. i am reliance cdma mobile customer and my no. is [protected]. 20 rupees have been cut from my mobile account without any meaning and whenever i try calling customer care they keep us on hold and mob. automatically gets cut more over i am receiving unwanted calls and smses from reliance which i don't want. please make out a solution for thia and register my complaint. please take some action.
I have been using reliance mobile service since last 10 years as it is best service provider and my home people are also utilising this service. But since last 6 months I am facing the network problem. My cell no. is [protected]. I had lodged about 6 - 7 complaints to the RIM customercare (*333) but it was of no use they used send me the message that the problem will be resolved in 14 days. And after 14 days they used to send me the message that your problem has been resolved but problem still existed. I don't know why the technical experts are not taking care of the customer complaints.
The problem i discussed with them that I am a Scientist in Mahavir Cancer Sansthan, Phulwarisharif, Patna -801505 and I have been provided residence by the hospital at Mitramandal Colony (opp. Former M.P. Sadhu Yadav), Anisabad, Patna and this area is junction between Phulwarisharif and Anisabad as both the RIM towers are at the mid regions of these localities. But, our area at junction of both of the towers is facing major problem of Rim network. Although, I have changed the handsets but it is of no use. The technical authorities also admitted that the problem is there in that area. And, its not me but many of the RIM users are facing the problem such as [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.
Plz look at this matter seriously and kindly solve the problem at the earlist. I hope you will consider the matter seriously.

My balance was deducted 50rs. when i got to know that my balance was deducted i called at customer care .. my call was first picked by Amit executive in your Customer care. he did not knew the solution neither he knew my complaint ..i told him that my balance got deducted in this manner.. he did not knew what to do he did not put my call on hold he put my call on mute and asked around by what to do.. one of the fellow beings said that tell that system is down is this the way your company and your executives make fool of customers..?? I asked him his name he was not listening to me neither answering me well... i told him to transfer my call he transferred my call very late. then senior executive picked my call.. his name was Rajpal. He was rude and arrogant as if he was my boss.. he was saying of his own.. not listening to me. i told him all my problem.. but he did not wanted to listen.. he said i will not give the waiver.. i told him that A lot of times this kind of problem has occurred to me from your side that i never activate a service and it gets activated On its own.. i have complained regarding it so many times.. and always they say it wont happen again and give the waiver .. but this time he said u activated and renewed it so we cant give. what the hell is this am i supposed to see every time that my balance has got deducted and call again and again on customer care am i so free ? i told him to transfer my call to his senior he said he cant transfer and when i forced him that why cant you he said i will see and disconnected my call after putting it on hold...What the hell is this... i mean neither your executives and senior executives have time for customers and no feelings also for there problem then why the Hell have you opened the customer care you should close it . and if you want i will come and put the Lock on that store.. one did not knew anything other one was acting like he was the boss of reliance industry i dont give a dam to Any1 of them... anyhow i called again this time your another executive named Vinod picked the call He was another great person in your customer care.. he did not knew what i was saying asked the problem 3 times.. i mean u have hired such deaf peoples that they cant understand the problem in once.. i told him so many times to give his call to his Team leader or Assistant manager as your senior executives were not able to solve my problem and they were a lot rude.. i cant talk to such foolish persons..he was not transferring my call saying i cant transfer i mean if you cant transfer then why have you made them sit there .? you should remove ur Team leaders and Assistant managers and make them the boss... he (vinod) without intimating me put my call on mute and went away... Are we customers of yours Or bloody servants .. cant your bloody executives see the pain of the customer .. Now this is the height if u dont take the steps against them then i have to to take the steps.. i will wait till monday and if i dont get the good reply from your side then i have to go towards the court. this is the only option left for me...
I would loike to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum, regarding the pathetic service of Reliance BIG TV.
Few of my channels are not working over couple of weeks and i am spending close to 1-2 hrs daily calling to the Customer Care. The problem is not getting rectified. I demand compensation from the company for cheating the piblic and also charging for the service which they are not providing. This is the worst company i have ever seen, i wonder how can they be such a big name in the Industry.
Poor/Pathetic/idiotic are the words i have for now to describe there services.
I had purchased a data card connection for internet connection for my laptop from reliance communications in Aug 2008. After using the service for a couple of months I realised that the billing structure was not authentic and they would charge me unreasonably high . There was no way to reconcile the billed amount with my usage. I decided to discontinue with the services and therefore I call up at their call centre to discontinue the services. The people at the call center said that my services would be discountinued after i paid all my dues. Therefore i paid all my dues and requested them to discontinue the services. The call center people said that my services would discontinue in 3 working days. The services indeed got discontinued in 3 days but to my surprise after a month reliance communications again started sending me bills . At first, i thought it was an error from their side so i decided to call at the call center to correct them . But to my surprise i found that though they had discontinued my service, they had put my reliance number in safe custody without informing me about the same and had billed me for same, Also a portion of billed amount could not be accounted for. I refused to pay the bill . After a couple of day reliance communcation people started harrasing me and started sending recovery agents at my home. I decided to get out of the mess by settling all the bills though i wasnt at any fault. But this time i took a written acknowledgement from the agent that the services would be terminated.
This ended on 12 December. Come January and i was again billed from reliance. This time i was really furious as i had no idea what were they billing me for. Again the same thing started, people from relliance communication and thier recovery agents started calling me and harrasing me again. The same procedure got repeated for Feburary. This time the recovery agents have again started coming at my home and asking me to pay the money . When i call up at the recovery agents office, they are forcing me to activate an use the service . They are also forcing me to pay the bill money when i have completed stopped the services 3 months back and have completety got the services terminated on 12th December. The call center people are so disrespectful when talked to. I keep registering complaints with them and they say that they will call up in next 3 days which they never do...
i need some help as i have no idea as to how should i be dealing with this cheating from reliance communication. Need some solicitation.
Consumer is not having any contact address of Reliance Broadband for any complain...
If any body planning to purchase Reliance Broadband than take care of this that till you are getting responce from customer care you will be look happy... Once they false bill they will never accept their fault and you will never get response from customer care. Finally you will not have any option to pay that false bill That false bill may be avg bill*10 times.
If you are planning to go Reliance Broaband office than sorry to say that Reliance broadband never gives any address to customer where any customer can go for any clarification.
Take care at Reliance web world office you will not get any information regarding your Broadband connection service. If you have disconnected your parallel broadband connection than no body will come from reliance broadband office to collect phone instrument & you are forced to pay phone cost 1200Rs+Tax.
Nobody will respose for your disconnected phone connection to collect instrument and you will not found any Reliance broadband office to surrender instrument.
Reliance broadband used to close any complain after 2-3 days without solving than complain they will comment on complain number that they tried to call but couldn't get customer on his contact number.
You will not have any choice as they don't have any office where customer can go You have to call again customer care and every after 3 days you have to give fresh request for your complain...
If don't wana to be frustrate than don't go for Reliance broadband office.
If you are going for Reliance broadband than first ask which address customer can go for any clarification,
I had applied for Reliance data card via net on Nov17 (2 month free access) for which I never received a return email or call regardig the receipt of the payment or when will the data card be sent to me. After 1 week I get a call from one of the representative Mr Sandeep Tripaty reg my data card which was delivered on Nov 25th without the phone no and pin when contacted he said to talk to Mr Paras regarding avtivation of the card and they have my phone no & pin and will do the needful on Nov 27th I tried to install with the help of instruction provided by Paras. The data card was helpful only for installation I was unable to connect to the net and the data card just went off. When complained Paras said Sandeep T will collect it and give it to the service center as there may be minor problem in the data card and the same will be repaired or replaced.
He took my data card on Nov 30th and by this time the status shows that my account is active where in I have not yet used my account. I was assured that I will get get the data card within 2 days but till date I have not received every time I have to call up Mr Sandeep or Paras to check the status secondly there is ignorance of my calls and the way they speak it makes you feel that we never told you to purchase the card since you have purchased its not our headache. I have once been advised to go to the service center get the status.
I have been following up with the call center whose service is worst luckily I got the complaint department no - [protected] this number is either switched off or engaged one has to keep on trying. On this number I spoke to a officer Mr Abhay Kamble and logged a complain -[protected] who took this matter little seriously but no success.
I was purchased Reliance BigTV connection almost 2 months, since around 20 days I am getting message No Signal Found message on the TV Screen & I did all the possible things to make to correct but it didn’t work out so I approached Reliance Big TV customer care on 15 Nov 2008, they taken complaint & they closed the complaint with out attending with in 2 days(As per their policy it should be done with in 48 Hrs).After that I call customer care & I come know about closing of call & they taken one more complaint, but till today they closing the call with out attending the same. Even I try to spoke with Supervisors but the persons who took the call every time they will say person is not in seat, He is meeting or busy same thing happening since 15 days. Once I got chance to spoke with Ashwini (Floor supervisor) she assured that it will be done in 2 days but same problem is repeating since 15 days. I used to spend 1- 3 hours in phone call almost once in 2 days. Even I was written complaint to email ID mentioned in web site but that’s of no use.
I had the worst experience ever in this goddamn store called "reliance fresh"..
I went to the store to get cosmetics and groceries and after I pay for the purchased item the security guard warned me saying I attempted to steal a piece of cosmetic, and when complained about this to the supervisor in the store the manager told that he trusts his security guard and asked me to pay the price of it 10 times. And then I had to talk to the senior mangers and get the issue solved which took me 2 hours and also caused me deduction in my salary for the reporting late to office.. I am seriously pissed with this rude behavior of the people there.. People can go there if they want to get themselves embarassed and abused for nothing they do...
I had Purchased a Flat TV from Reliance Digital, the brand name is Ghanz, when i asked about the brand they said its wounderfull brand doesnt have any problem, but within 10 months the TV had failed thrice, when ever the TV fails i log a complaint but no one turned down before ten days, Last time i went to Realince to enquire about this but they refused to replace the product and said they cont do any thing, thier customer service was horrible and i didnt get any proper resoponse, Till now the device is not working.
When i called the Engineer he said: Sir the bnrand you had purchased is not good, Reliance had stopped that product, they selling the remaining Peices only. IKts your mistake that you had purchased this particular brand.

Again I call your customer care then I talk with ms. Kusum on 26july2010 at 11.15am she say that audio talk is activated. She say that I use multimedia set & I activated it. I request that I m not use multimedia set I am using only nokia-1200. It's not a multimedia set. & she can't register my complained. Than I again call you customer center that time mr. Rajesh talk to me. He say that he note my complained & he gave me my complained number it's [protected].
I request that you refund my full money, because I am not activated audio talk & this number is only use by me. If you not satisfied that you can check your records. Please explain that why you activate it in my number & why you not inform me. Now I want my money. You a very big company & you have also very goodwill. So why you do as chip & fraud act. That thing it's not good for your business. If people know that think he can't believe in your business. Why you do as cheap act. If you want to do your work as a beggar for that it's another way and now you want collect money this way so I will pay you more money.
I thought that reliance know for the better opportunity provide for the customer but I am wrong & every person who know that this matter he can't believe on you.

This is one of your datacard holder. Presently living in SAMODE, Distt. JAIPUR. Thing is that, from 4 months your company network is very bad in this area and it seems nobody wants to solve this problem as i think, beacause giving complain and reminding it thrice, nobody bother to attend the problem. It seems that poor days are started for reliance company. Customer are started moving out from this company. And of course why not ?
If the customer are paying from his pocket in this expensive time, he will expect the good, in return of his money. All the Samode area franchaisee are planning to hands up for Reliance, looking this bad situation.
Why should they survive and why should customer. All day they have to wait for network, for smoothly operation. Neither the concern persons are intrested to solve this problem nor the area persons who are designated for it. Any way managements, after all we are customer and the markets are opens for us, we will go for Airtel, Idea who proved themselves in present time, with their good and fast services.

I purchase a reliance prepaid connection with a nokia handset from a dealer of reliance company from Noida. The connection was disconnected after a week saying that my documents are not clear in Xerox copies. From that time I have walked to there office four times and submitted my ID proofs clear one and email to there customer care and my phone is just a children toy. Useless to me. Dont know what to do ???
