i request before one month for deactivation of my cug plan but till date this is activate who will pay it's rent.Scondly iam activate message PACK BUT COMPANY charge me double charge (rent and per message charge).company reverse some amount but not full amountttttttttttttttt wt will i do for this.plz do some thing needfully

Reliance mutual fund

I want to close my SIP of reliance power diversified fund folio no.[protected] opened through indiainfoline. I want to close it as i am a combatant soldier of indian airforce and gets posted from one part to any other part of the country at any time. As i was in bangalore 3 months back, i got posted with immediate effect to border of india at kutch, gujrat. As there are no bank facility available there i am unable to continue it, i projected the same problem at Indiainfoline at New Bel Road in bangalore, instead of helping me out they are misbehaving and asking questions 'why i opened if i have to close it' they gave me few forms to fill before i was moving from bangalore to close the SIP and assured me that it will take not more then 1 month, but till date nothing has happened!

    I have also same problem. I have sent the letter to M/s.Karvy Computershare Pvt.Ltd. a Unit of Reliance Mutual Fund, Hyderabad on 1st July 2008 and they have received the letter on 3.7.08 at 2.05 hrs. Bu the official of reliance are so much clever they told me that:-
    1. You have not sent the letter to Reliance.
    2. They will stop the SIP after received receiving the signed letter before 15 days of date of SIP (The date of SIP in my case is 28th and before 13th the letter received by the Reliance but even receiving the letter on 3rd July they are not stopping the SIP).
    3. You can also send a signed letter to Reliance hope your SIP deduction will be stopped.
    4. In future never purchase Reliance Mutual Fund (This is the best way for relaxation).
    5. I am continuously sending the letter to Reliance but no action so far.
    6. Hope God will help us.

termination request not being processed

Have a reliance data card ZTE CDMA 1X.as the internet speed was very bad & internet connection was almost not available 70 percent of the time I decided to terminate my connection. My first call to the helpline i was assured the connection will be terminated in the next 48 hours & then i can pay any remaining amount & get over with it.

It has been 10 days & my termination request has not been processed as yet. The call centers refuse to register a complaint about bad service.they also claim they have no idea where complaints can be lodged.
Till the connection is terminated i am having to pay rental charges. The call centers claim that they will process my request as soon as possible, but refuse to name any time period. This is terrible as i am having to pay for total lack of service & supposed inability on the part of reliance to process a termination request.

The call center staff are rude & at the best possess bad communication skills.

unprofessional service by customer care

I am a reliance broadband customer. I always have had bitter experience with Reliance customer care.
Recently I have noticed a trend which is over and above the other unprofessionalism one can expect from Reliance. Whenever I call Reliance customer care, they would launch a complain and provide a complain number and commit that someone from technical department would call back.

You would wait for hours and won't get any call. When you call customer care again and refer to the previous complain number, they would tell you that they tried to reach you but were not able to contact as it was unreachable.

Probably the support guys from Reliance are under impression that all other mobile service providers are just like Reliance only where making a call always ends up with the message "The number you are trying to reach is not reachable at the moment".

So they don't even bother to call the customer, instead they update the complain as above. I just wonder even if they call once and not able to reach to the customer, isn't it their duty to call back again for the latest status. But anyway, this is probably what is expected from Reliance in all types of products that they have.

    Hello All,

    I got broadband connection just 20 days back, I am facing lots of problem with the connectivity, 4 times I have registered the complain, no proper action has been taken to resolve. Customer service is very bad, just they say they will call back and resolve, still now proper action is not taken...

    I want to cancel the connection...

    Totally relaiance broadbrand service is very bad...

    I allready cancelled my broadband connection since Nov'08 but till today ie 23 march i am getting the bils and now they even started to send the people at my residence.
    Hopeless and mindless service and people.

    Now i understood how they are appearing in the list of richest people of forbes magazine.

incorrect bill, no customer service

This is Jitendra. I have a reliance broadband connection with user id [protected] and have received a bill asking for installation charges of Rs 1000 but it was told to me that the installation charges are Rs 500. Also I tried calling their customer complaint number but every time they say that the system is under upgradation and hence cannot take the complaint.

My internet is now not working from 25 days so i want to disconnect it. The customer care people are not taking down the request for termination even saying that the system is under upgradation. I am hearing the same words since 25 days now.

I don't want such a service which gives wrong bills and has no customer care at all.

    I have a reliance broadband connection with user id 356635837401.I had already sent an email to u & told about my wrong bills but there was no response from your side.I am a very busy person i dont have time to explain u again & again so plz dont call me further as I have disconnected ur line & have taken airtel as their service is much better than yours.u are continuously sending wrong bills.Dont send me any further bills as i am not going to pay, I will only pay Rs788 as my plan charges for the last month & I don't want such a service which gives wrong bills and has no customer care at all.

    reliance is the only No.1 to send wrong bills, they have such a gr8 talent using net for 30 days bill generated for 39000, and out 30 days only net used for 18days, there details bill show per day 4.5 GB data transfer, i don't even know that in india such a gr8 speed connections we have from reliance .and with out sending any bill they stoped my connection, when i called them they said i have to pay RS.38, 500, i was shocked and started asking for bills, i took connection in April16th, by may 11th my connection is stopped and after that i never used it, in july some 1 from reliance knocked my door and asking for money of Rs69000/-, am really shocked this time and said from what date to date, he is saying it a bill for month of june .haha.now 2days back they gave me another surprise diwali gift from lawyer for asking Rs.70000/- settle it before going to court.if not they will send some money collecting people it seems.can any suggest what i can do about this.and even big companies won't pay that much internet bill i think.look forward for your suggestions, any help appricated very much.thanks

harassment for recovery

I got my land line phone disconnected and the reliance customer care guys came to my residence and collected whatever the due amount was. Then after about 2 months I received a call from someone stating that he is calling from Delhi Police station and that a case has been lodged against me by reliance in Ahmedabad court and an arrest warrant has been issued to produce me at court. On asking for details he started abusing and used foul language. He called me 2 - 3 times and mentally harassed me. I understood that he is no one but a recovery agent. It was a matter or a small amount, about Rs 1000 /-. I have my mother at home and do not want her to undergo any such situation. I went to Reliance web world and payed the amount. I still have about rs 600 - 700due on reliance which is the refundable security money. They have never come back for the same. It is a shameless company treating their 3 - 4 yrs old customers like this. I will never every buy any reliance product in my life and will make sure no one else does...

    I had an outstanding of rs. 2689 for my reliance post paid landline connection. Out of which i paid 2500 (a whole no.) on 31st of march 2007 still to this date after 2 visits to reliance webworld at sector-31 gurgaon i only got false promises like, the phone is already activated, which was obviously a farce as the phone was as dead as before. On contacting reliance customer care on the night of 1st April i was asked again to go to reliance web-world they third time to get the services activated. The web-world people say its not in their hand to re-activate the phone and the call centre people ask to go again to customer care.

    This is unnecessary harassment which i am facing. Now i am thinking of taking a legal recourse which would serve fine these complacent people.

    I'm unfortunate user of reliance mobile no 9316507100 which is temporarily disconnected because of no fault of mine. I have already Submitted my id proof, residence proof to the company which they have acknowledged wide a receipt. No one able to tell why my phone has been disconnected I have visited reliance Web word 4 times and have made numerous call customer care But no one is able to tell the reason of disconnection.

    Complain pertain to Panchkula Haryana. Its a life time connection how come even the incoming call are disconnected.

    I a m post paid Reliance mobile customer and given many compliants 8 months ago not resolved so far. Reliance signal is coming at my workplace and not able to connect with anyone but this compliant is not resolved and no attempt was made to resolve after 8 months also.

    Height of this is I got blackberry replacement in warranty period after waiting for 40 days and in the recent bill they have charged rental for this non working phone for cycle which comes in these 40 days.

    When reactivated my replacement, by default they have activated the blackberry plan Rs. 1099 and they are asking me to pay the bb plan charges which I was not using before the rplacement.


    I just want to know TRAI or I can go to consumer court for this.

    I was using Reliance Net Connect (No 9312969233) which was a postpaid connection.

    I requested for the migration of same to prepaid on 23rd October 2009 through Reliance world at Forum Mall, Hosur Road, Bangalore.
    I also made the outstanding and unbilled payment on the same day there.
    Request number for the same is SR# 111678606.
    After one week, when migration was not done, I inquired about the same from customer care, they put up an excuse saying my alternate number is not reachable which is a stupid excuse because my number is active and I am receiving all the calls.
    I went to reliance world at forum mall, Hosur road, bangalore after one week 30th October 2009.
    They told me that they would send a mail to head office and call me back about the status.
    I even added another alternate number in case it is needed. But since then I have not received any call either from reliance world for status or from customer care for confirmation of migration.

    I am still confused about the status of my netconnect card. It is blocked and I am not able to use it. I am not sure if it is still a postpaid connection.

    Just want to know if somebody can help in resolving this.

    I am a Reliance Mobile customer. I am a prepaid customer. My problem is that I am unable to do e-recharge, but can do recharge with a paper voucher or card. I have visited the R-World many times, but my problem has not been solved yet. Every time iI go to R-World, the reason for the delay is not told. I even got to know card and paper voucher will be stopped soon and one can recharge only by e-recharge. If this is so, my nymber is just a waste. I want my problem to get solved as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful asap.

misbehavior by staff

Few weeks ago, when I visited Reliance World (Formerly known as Reliance Webworld) at Annasalai on a sunday for some, an employee was very admant, misbehaved and was reluctant to give any requested information. When i insisted that i needed to speak to the store manager, the employee said that he didn't care even if i complained to whoever so & eventually gave me a mobile number of the store number which turned out to be a wrong number.

After a few days, i visited the very same Reliance World and informed the store manager about the incident. The store manager tendered an apology & requested me to write a complaint letter & promised that he would get back to me on this.

Though its been a few weeks from then, nobody from Reliance has bothered to get in touch with me regarding the same.

    this is not happening in annasalai only. all over the india because they are frustated by listening complaint all over the india. Its time to change the opertor. this is the worst service provider in the world. i have given thousand of requested, they are taking complaint and sending message on next day that your problem resolved without asking to the customer. Issue still exist and they are taking complaint everyday but not doing anything to resolve the issue. customer is unable to pay bill by credit card from IVR as well as from rcom portal from one month but no one taking care. this is called reliance. only concerned about the phone bill. they will call u 10 times in a day before due date but when you have any issue no one respond. i am all set to change this ### operator. charged for unlimited net usage denied

I had recharged my data-card no.[protected] for unlimited plan at Rs.1500/-. My net was terminated after just 3 days. Rcom officials say that the previous unlimited plan was of 1501/-and now has been changed to 999/-. No information of change in plan was given to users. Rcom has eaten my money and must have done so of many more consumers. The mental harassment and loss of work for 3 days is considerable. Though I have paid Rs. 500/- more they still deny me my rights. I request you to take the matter with R Com...

negligence in processing

It's hard to believe that Reliance wouldn't even process your service termination request. If they did not like us leaving them then there is a better way to express that and not by not processing your termination request and then billing you for the next month. This is the misuse of the delegation authority provided to the local Reliance web world operator. The webworld in the picture is WEST MAMBALAM of CHENNAI. (New no:11, Old no5, Thambiah Road)

Today the date is 12/06/2008 and we got a bill for Rs.700 and we got a reply that the application is yet to be processed. It's just insane. The takeaway for anyone wondering what this is all about -- make sure to make sure that your service termination request will be processed and give a call and ask them if it's processed. Otherwise you'd be billed for the next month and the Reliance Communication WebWorld trained "EMPLOYEES" would give a recorded answer that they look into it and do nothing.

IT's a shame on the part of Reliance. They can't just go mumbling "we cant satisfy every customer", it's in their part and responsibility to see if all the application requests are processed in time.

poor quality of internet

I had taken Reliance Internet Connect - Flat Rate 1000 rupees per month, Unlimited Download, 24 hrs free. To my utter dismay, not even one day I been able to download or operate net or open any sites. Net will be available for a minute or so, then it will disappear. I had complained almost every day to their toll free number, and once or twice their persons have come to my house to see, but no result at all. They have to professional service people available for their jobs, and they give all their work to road side contractors, who have no knowledge of laptops or vista or net connections. And at the end we cant complain to them, as they say, they are just contractors, who had come to see the wiring!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE RELIANCE INTERNET CONNECTION WHILE IN INDIA.

caller tune scam

In 2006, I purchased a Prepaid reliance india mobile (free LG handset) connection with some FREE talktime and 1800/- worth talktime from RIM-to-RIM. In a few months, I finished my FREE talktime though the RIM-to-RIM balance was still there. So, I was not able to send any outgoing sms or make outgoing calls to non-RIM numbers. Hence, I was not using the mobile regularly.

In 2008, my FREE talktime balance becomes -21 rupees... how?

In addition, I saw an old sms in my inbox... which said... caller tune "KAL HO NA HO" has been downloaded and you have been charged Rs.15/-. I called up the customer care who told me that I had sent a request for activation of caller tune. I NEVER DID IT... I hate such tunes etc... May I ask, how I could do it when my outgoing was barred?

The customer care executives argue that their computers show data that the customer has activated the tune... so, now why should a customer lie? Who does he complain to when "their" computers show "faulty" data. Upon talking to my friends using RIM, I was told that they too had experienced the same problem. Reliance communications is minting money by thrusting caller tunes on customers.

    Seems like Anil Ambani is getting richer by cheating people of India.
    Activating Caller Tune without a customers knowledge is the most CHEAP way of making money (Rs.30 every month).
    If you call the customer service guys, they insist and argue that the customer activated the Caller Tune.
    A caller tune got activated on my phone number, the most interesting thing to note here, a song from a language I dont know even understand.

    Mr.Ambani you sure are following your Father's path.

    It seems to be a very common practise by the Reliance to earn money by simply activating the paid services without the consent of the customers. The customer care ppl are just jokers any hv very less knowledge abt the system and utter the same dialouge that it has been activated by the customer. Reliance is really screwing up customers like this and earning money.

The reliance communications under Anil Ambani is a complete fool in respect to the kind of business they are doing!! It is only a matter of fact that Mr.anil has a lot of inherited money to invest. The unorganized way in which they try to handle the public and clients and also it's officers is simply clear. Money in the hands of a wrong person in the wrong time is what that suits him now. One day I, mnpa1019, predict, that Reliance communication will cease to exist and it will be the public who will boycott RELIANCE though they respect whole heartedly its magical founder.

--NO proper solutions from the customer care.

This is sick on part of reliance as it is day by day, in fact second by second degrading its image in front of the common public.

    I bought a reliance net connect once and my mother lost her sleep for 2 months. Every other day they will call my mother and say " We will put you son in Jail if you dont pay whatever bill we send." All their promises before you subscribe are mere cheatings.
    They take custome voice form promising to change the plan and forget about it the moment you leave their office.
    The executives are trained in how to cheat customers. Their Service Assuarance cell knows only one thing "Escalate Issues".
    They dont care about Common Sense, Laws or any guidelines.
    whatever they do, you will have to pay the bills whether write or wrong.
    so beware, buy reliance phone only if no other option exist

    Anil Ambani.

    I regret to be communicating with you on such a bad note. I regret to inform you that I have had worst experience in my life dealing with reliance today.

    I had purchased Netconnect Data Card on 18th Aug (no. 9310295082), which was activated the same time. I needed it urgently because of the conference calls that were scheduled during this week with many European countries and US. It worked fine until 20th morning, when I got call from someone from verification team saying that he will be coming over for doing the verification. But noone came to my house, I was at home the whole day. That same day in the evening, the card was deactivated. When I tried to contact customer care, I could not be verified with the data card no. as it was deactivated. So even though I had the card, I could not use the services of customer care. So I contacted the vendor from whome I had purchased the card, they said they will forward the case.

    I waited untill 21st, making all my conference calls via Cell phone (total phone bill amounting to Rs5000). Today, finally executive arrived for verification and took all the required document and assured me that the services will be activated by 12 noon. I was okay with it as my calling starts European timing. But I was continously calling the vendor/verification agent office and talking with them over the phone and they all kept on assuring me that it will be activated soon.

    At 8pm, Arihant calls me today saying that the card can not be activated because the person who is supposed to update the entries on the server had left for the day. This is hights of unprofessionalism, as he was aware that I needed the connection urgently. Then, he tried to give the excuse that verification has not been updated positively on the server. I checked with the Verification Agency and he confirmed that it has been already done at 6:30-7pm. So only because of the vendor's mistake (Mr. Arihant) I had suffered total loss of Rs10, 000. He bluntly told me that the card will not be activated today and I'll have wait untill tomorrow i.e. 22nd. I asked him for the contact details of his escalation points/HQ, which he just denied giving.

    I am surprised why Mr Arihant called me 9:30 pm in night on 17th when I was trying to get numbers of Reliance data card vendors. And when at 8pm today he just refuses to be of any help.

    This has really left a totally negative experience in my mind about Reliance. Along with monetary loss, its image loss as well.

    i purchased dual sim jodi offer form reliance communication nos8144481377&8144511277 cleared all bills .i discontinued the usage sincei left india, on coming back i was told to pay a sum of rs 1190 which i payed & destroyed sims as told on 20 2 2014.now they pester me to pay 9s983 once again which is illegal unethical please intervene and help me they have to return my deposit rs 500

i am Past 2yrs using Reliance Prepaid Connection . when i am start my connction till 10month no issues issueing my bills. after it will started bill misusing.Like my conction is 249 montly charges and std plan 100 nd caller tune is 30 and also billpay 25rs(403) my total montly charge. But past 6month they r sending 433 in montly chrges. i didn't check evry month how much they r puting montly chrges .Third month of 2008 my bill is not came and i recevied a call from reliance, ur bill is not paid, then i feel it is default sending, i didn't get bill my home and i excuse i made a bill. Next month like April also i didn't get the bill, then i asked the customer i didn't get the bill plz send the soft copy to the my home.then i will Pay the Bill. then the guy told i will send to u with one one day. the guy is not send 15 days. Like 2nd time i spoke to one of the superviseor at bangalore she told with in 24hr i will send . 24 april till 1st may i didn't get bill.Aagain i asked one of the superviseor they told with 2 hr i will send. till 6th may i didn't get the bill i spoke to u another superviseor. i spoke finally 3 supervisoers, and put the query this is monthly charges u made, But what actually it is ( 403 t0 433), they agreed .but as same to they send bill april bill they put 433 insted of 403.

I don't what action i have to take to the these type of connections .to get my money Back like every month 30rs id differnce is going on past 6 months.like 210 rs is i made extra inclding to this month.

So plz Frined s any body give suggestion how to handel these people Reliance communctication.

Validity expires before time

Hi,



I bought Reliance Net Connect for Rs.1500/- unlimited for 1 month and on 22nd day it got disconnected. Reliance Appellate Authority, Nodal Officer, Service Assurance Cell, and Customer Care are not providing any positive response.

I purchased Reliance Netconnect (No. [protected]) USB Data Modem and unlimited internet for 1 month for INR1501.00 from Mittal Reliance Webworld, Andheri (W) on 01-Mar-08. On 02-Mar-08 I received Welcome SMS from Reliance. On 03-mar-08 I received amount received SMS from Reliance. On 22-Mar-08 night I received SMS from Reliance stating balance is only INR12.34. I called *333 and asked about it, person said ignore the message. I could not connect internet after some time, and again called *333 and person said contact Shop. I went to shop and he lodged complain and promised to solve the issue within 60 hours. As continuously I could not connect internet, I went to Reliance Shop, Near J.B. Nagar, Andheri (E) and paid fees to make it postpaid. Address Verification done, but Till 29-Mar-08 internet was not activated. Then people at Reliance Shop in Andheri (E) said Data Card Prepaid to Post Paid not possible. At last again I went to Reliance Shop at Andheri (W), he gave me solution.

Here I lost 8 days internet (from 22-Mar-08 to 31-Mar-08) and I claim refund for this amount 1500/30*8= INR400.00 plus INR200.00 for conveyance, communication for the period.

Total Claim INR600.00

    Hi,
    I had a similar experience. Reliance Customer care asked me to contact the Karnataka nodal office for one of the complaints which was escalated. But the number never gets picked up. I think Reliance is playing a cruel joke.

    I have bought the reliance NETCONNECT USB modem and i am the regular user of this service but i am very sorry to tell you that i had complaint about the very slow speed browsing and surfing problem.So, i request you to please solve this problem or else i will have to take any serious action .

incoming facility not available on my cell phone

R/Sir,

I am your esteemed customer for the last five years. Initially I took connection of RIM –post paid services on my cellular phone on 11.07.2003 and availed good services provided by your network. My mobile phone no. was [protected] and presently [protected]. To continue the same number, I migrated from post paid plan to pre-paid plan on 14/07/2004 and after that no problem was faced by the undersigned.

On 30/04/02008, my wife Mrs. Vaishali Master who is an architect wanted to use my mobile phone on her name with post paid connection. Looking to the above, my wife applied for transferring this connection in her favour. For which, I contacted D.S. Communication’s 25-26, Near Bharat Petrol pump, Vidhut Nagar, Ajmer Road, JAIPUR (Raj.) and deposited Rs. 580/- towards Pre to post charges vide collection slip No. JPR No.166055 dated 30.04.2008 along with requisite documents. Above collection agency assured my wife that it will be migrated to post paid plan within 24 hrs. After passing above time, my phone get started, but I was surprised to know that only outgoing facility was available on my cell phone and incoming facility was withdrawn. Immediately my wife phoned your customer care cell on 01.05.2008, and they have assured us that problem will be rectified within few hours and gave the care ID No. [protected]. After that, my wife continuously phoned to customer care no. *333 and other useless phone numbers as guided by your customer care cell. When 48 hrs. have been passed, my wife personally contacted to circle office of Jaipur city because, yesterday, she had to go out of Jaipur, therefore requested to on above address to start the incoming facility on my mobile, one of your customer care cell executive named Divya Mehta at Jaipur promised to my wife that problem will be resolved by 17.00 hrs. of 02.05.2008 before leaving Jaipur. But, same could not be attended by your good self. When she rang me in the morning and informed me that incoming facility has not yet been started and advised me to contact circle office of Jaipur city. Immediately, I contacted Divya Mehta, for solving the problem. Again, she promised me that incoming facility will be started on your phone by this evening of 03.05.2008.
I am really exhausted and finally decided to write this e-mail for immediate action on my complaint. You are requested to look into the matter and solve my problem. If your prestigious customers like me will face such type of minor problem, it is shameful for Reliance communication. If incoming facility is not started on my phone by this evening, I have to think for some alternate path to the best known of your good self.

termination of the landline connection

i' d terminated the postpaid landline connection of reliance communication service on 26th december '07. i 'd deposit of amount rs.1000 with the concern company. till date i haven't received my deposit refund. the concern company is irrisponsible for this. since 5 months they are ignoring my complaint.

i'd request the company authority to look in to this matter. waiting for reply. thank you.

    HI,

    I am also facing the same problem, I terminated Reliance landline phone on 23-Mar-2007, but as of today I have not received my security money (Rs. 1000) back, inspite of that I am getting bill every month for the same phone no. every time I contact to Reliance office they say next time you will not get the biil and surely you will get your security money back.

fake information of product before sale

This is to inform you that fake and incomplete information was given by sales representative before sale of reliance land line phone. And after that when I tried to approach them they ignore me and do not respond... Anyhow if I manage to talk to the authorities in customer care of kanpur city of uttar pradesh they gave good and unfulfilled commitment.

I have invested 5100 to the sales person and also asked him if the facility of phone restricted calls alongwith incoming call at the time of phone lock is available... He assured me in favour of my demand but nothing as such was facilitatated... I aqm not able to use all my 3 corporate connections... And all 3 sets are like dummy to me...

If you help me it would be good of you...

number disconnection

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to inform you that, I am the subscriber of RIM from 7th April'2008, My number is [protected] . On the time of connection I am sending all the necessary documents like Address Proof, I.D Proof, Photograph etc. on 12th April my connection disconnected by RIM Officials due to non-available of paper . after the compalint the RIM officials phone is started, Simutaneously Phone verification has been done . but from last night again phone will be disconnected . Pls. veruify the matters imidiately and take the necessary action .
