live outside NY and visited my younger sister who I haven't seen for a long time. I bought a sofa for her Christmas gift on the 4th December2025 at the branch at 10 west circle, Valley stream NY, 11581. Sadly I had to leave before delivery date. They failed to deliver on the initial delivery date given. They then reassigned a new delivery date but the sofa they delivered was broken so had to be returned. My sister went to the store and then decided to chose another sofa, like for like at the same price. They made three separate deliveries of the same brand sofa, sadly, each time they had to be returned as they that were obviously used or repossessed. There were stained marks all over different areas of the sofe. The last delivery guy was so fed up he even asked her to lie, asking her to let him leave the sofa and then she could call the store to report the faults. Of course she did not. If she did what he asked, how could anyone confirm that she didn't damage the sofa after he left? . So she got him to speak to the store and once again they took the sofa back. She made several communications with the store and after the million and one excuses about her getting her sofa, she was forced to go into the store and cancelled the order. A refund was finally agreed on. This only happened after the many back and forth trips to the store and the various telephone calls to employees who have no idea what they are doing. The common excuse given at every step of the way is that they have a new system in place. How stupid do they think the public is. Any company would train their staff on a new system. Long and short of the story is, no refund is yet seen in my account as on 23rd January 2026. After this long wait and my sister making millions of trips and telephone calls to the store, I have had enough. Yesterday, whilst my sister was in store, I spoke to them on the phone. I have threatened them with a lawsuit and demanded my refund . I also requested to have an email sent to my email address to confirm that payment is being made, the amount and the date, surprise surprise, no email, no refund. BTW, when I tried emailing them in the past, I received a notification saying I am blocked. My sister again visited the store today 23rd January, and the new excuse is that they had posted out a cheque in my name but to my sisters address . What a load of sh...T. My sister was there on the day before and the clowns had us both confirming my credit card details for the refund. Now they are talking about a cheque being sent to her in my name and which she won't be able to cash. I am so ANGRY, never seen such gross incompetence in all my life. Not only did they claim to post out a cheque but stated it was posted out on the 15th January and the amount was incorrect. A stop order was placed on the check and now they are telling us that it will take 3 HOURS to correct the refund amount. Furthermore, this cannot be done until Monday. I am livid that I am not in NY and can't go right away due to work schedule. I spent over 3000.00 US dollars at their counter in store snd I am fighting to get my money back. I am also happy I am not there as believe me, mayhem would errupt. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE ALL INCOMPETENT BAFFOONS, LIARS, THEIVES, AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.
Recommendation: Never purchase from this store. It's exhausting listening to and hearing barefaced lies and on the spot excuses.
