NEVER AGAIN, rudeness and lack of interest on the part of the technician, poor blood draw, would not let me know past lab results, even though they were in the computer. Contacting office nobody answers the phones in Fairbanks or Anchorage.. Will not post lab results going on 12 days now and I have had my doctor appointments with no lab results fro m Quest.

I am signed up on the Quest portal and still they will not post my results after 2 phone calls and 3 email requests. I never had any lab issues like this in Fairbanks Alaska with the Tanana Clinic or hospital labs. I will have new labs done at the hospital in Fairbanks.

I will not pay Quest bill for the past labs due to not getting results.

If you are sick and in need of labs in Fairbanks Alaska, DO NOT USE QUEST DIAGNOSTICS...

They want me to call Medical Transportation to tell them that they need contact them to re-register . Both companies are telling me the same thing. Now, I'm stuck in the middle. I need help. I have no other way to get there. Is there any way you can resolve this issue?

Its Saturday Sept 15 just received an unauthorized pay withdrawal on my Visa Debit card. I will be reaching out to the local Quest office who performed this act..Also reporting to BBB & local news if this isn't cleared up asap.

I have to use Quest monthly to get my medications refilled and my insurance requires me to go there. There is only ever 1 employee and always over an hour wait. Why?
No matter what time of day or how many people are sitting inghe waiting area.
The employees are not customer friendly and could use some training in that area.

While driving home this evening, driver of vehicle #30565 made a left hand turn from the right lane cutting me off. This was on Corkscrew Rd in Estero FL getting on to Rt 75 North.

I was sent to quest for blood work. The technician hit the nerve and refused to withdrawal the needle until she finished drawing blood, ignoring my complaints about the pain from the needle insertion . I asked to remove the needle immediately, it was obvious that she hit the nerve .
