On 08/12/2014 my wife and I had a 12pm appointment for blood work at the Quest at 10001 S. Eastern Henderson facility, my name was called and was escorted to a draw room 2 Viles of blood, and a cup of urine was collected from me. My wife was called back and blood was drawn form her. she received a e-mail as I did from Quest stating our results were ready to view. My wife received her results but I never did, our DR. received her results but never received mine.
This was a fasting test and our Dr. appointment is Tus. 08/20/2024, and I have medical concerns that would have been helpful with my blood work. What happened to my blood work? was it sent to another dr.? or patient which would be a major medical violation HIPPA so my time for all of this was wasted and I was on one of your phone # and was on hold fof over 2 hours with no answer

You’ve got every reason to be frustrated with Quest Diagnostics. They dropped the ball big time, losing your blood work and leaving you hanging before a critical doctor’s appointment. Hopefully, they realize this isn’t just a minor mistake and get their act together quickly. You shouldn’t have to chase them down for something so important — time for Quest to step up and fix this mess.
