Purolator review: Extreme rude behavior of purolator shipping agent.

Purolator agent put a slip on our door that he visited on June 5 at 4.45, but we were at home at that time. That is ok some time it happened.
on the basis of the slip I went to pick up my package which contains my passport and went to the designated shop at 1200 37 Street SW. The employee a young man there was very nice and was trying to help , but suddenly the owner appeared and started showing me eyes and yelling. Told me to wait for 3 hours. This could have been asked politely. Then he told me to come at 3 he created a show there. I told him that the young guy is working on it let him do it, he said I am the owner. My words are final. Few hot words exchanged. I came out and seen the puralor trck there approached the driver asked him whether he is the one who went to deliever at my house and he as polite and said no somebody else. to the rusck driver and askd him thaat f was the delivery guy he said no. Suddenly the owner came there and told him that if this guy (me)bothering him he can call security. The driver who is working closely with him told him that He will send the package back. This is my passport which i need AsAp.
I do n ot understand why the owner of the shipping agency behaving like this. Either he is sick but definitely not fit to serve the people. Further there is no tracking number mentioned on the slip given to me.

Need the passport right away. Need help
