I have been expecting and keeping track of my parcel since the vendor sent me the tracking number GXL005827613
However this list of issues occurred and have yet to be resolved :
1) the parcel missed its connection the first day, resulting in me having to reschedule the appointment to fix our air-conditioned for our renter and take a second day off work to be home for delivery Friday (4 days past the original scheduled delivery date of a Monday).
2) on the day of the delivery, at 11am - I verify the tracking to notice that a delivery was attempted at 10:41am but there was no one home. I have been home all day and expecting the parcel, however the driver did not attempt delivery to my house (later confirmed from Customer Service that the driver simply drove it and dropped it off at a Post Net shop? Although the email clearly said that delivery attempt was made (we are the only house in the area and I have full vison of anyone coming off the highway and up our driveway.
3) no secondary attempts are scheduled; the notice states I must go pick up the parcel in person, which is an hour drive away - additionally I was told that needed ID with my address on it which I do not have as this is my summer home purchased 2 weeks prior (Customer Service Rep told me to bring my mortgage papers - seriously - who travels with their property purchase documents
4) I attempt to use the Virtual Assistant to chat with an agent, no agent are available and no method to log a complaint online or find a solution to my problem.
5) The next available delivery date is not tomorrow but rather only 6 days from now as its the weekend and they said they can deliver next Wednesday (10 days late) I will be away and back home at my principle residence next week. So they won't deliver it, I can't pick up, and they they will attempt delivery next Wednesday even though I clearly stated I will not be here.
This services is unacceptable and I am left without my package (paid for) and without answers to how to even get it all due to the driver deciding not to drive it here and drop it off at a pick up location instead - unprofessionalism at its finest - I let the sender now they may want to consider using another delivery service.
Claimed loss: I missed 2 days from work - and I still don't have my package $150.00 fan and my renter left due to the fan (package) not being replaced in a timely manner - so rent $1400 for the weekly rental. Financial loss $2450.00 plus a lot of time.
Desired outcome: Expedited delivery to my home address today. July 11, 2025.
