I was told that this package will be deliverded in four buisness days (It was picked up on the 7th)... Guarenteed... Didnt happen... So I called and they had told me there was a problem with toronto shipping... And that it had been delayed one day... Ok maybe that could happen I have never had good luck.. So its the 14th today and I called the office where the item is to be picked up, and they told me they recieved there shipment today and it is still not there... Now take a look at the tracking. Obviously they are complete idiots at the toronot sort center because it had left twice to the from the same place.
Now look at the dates... Apparenly it took them six days to post anything on the tracking page. Ok so I will give them a little credit, two of those days were on the weekend. Now we will do some math it was picked up on the 7th thats the first day. The 11th and 12th was the weekend... And its the 14th today and it wont be here today. So thats 6 days and still no package. I called again and they told me its getting there... Thanks I can see that but the point it didnt happen in the 4 days they guarenteed it..in the box is school supply stuff I had donated to the bridgeview elementry school it would have been nice for them to recieve it at the begining of the week rather then the end... Very upset with purolator and will not be using this service again... Complete idiots. How do they run a company
