ordered a phone case from Samsung, and the delivery was handled by Purolator. A red notice appeared on the tracking page, and when I contacted customer service, I was told that they had lost the address. I asked where I could pick it up, and the representative gave me the location. Thinking I could check it again on the website later, I didn’t write it down.
Three days later, I followed up and was told tracking is not possible because Samsung doesn’t allow it. The representative’s name was Cynthia.
But I had already seen the tracking history—so what exactly is “not possible”? I was told that if I want to view it, I need to get Samsung’s permission first.
Is Samsung somehow involved in Canada’s defense industry or something? I just bought a phone case—why would I need authorization to track my delivery?
