Purolator review: Notice not received

I am not pleased with the system. I was expecting a delivery worth over $500, and it was not dropped off at my home because supposedly one was home. Now, I'm not particularity upset about that because yes someone should recieve the package. But I am upset though that they left no notice of where or when I would be able to recieve or pick up the package. I had to go into the Purolator site and use the chat bot to sign up for updates. Which, didn't give me any location or whereabouts for my package until the following day. I then got only a brief text message regarding where to pick up my package. I believe no delivery attempt was even made at my address.
