Purolator review: Driver at my area lazy to call

Twice I got parcel from Bell, and twice driver didn't bother to call before he leave the location easily stick the notice at my mailbox and return back the envelope.
The funny story twice when I go to the main distributer center of Purolator the clerk telling that the excuse of the driver is that he called but my phone was busy, I don't know in what age he is living while my phone has call waiting.
Driver lazy and management believe his story, what a company let people suffer to go get their parcels waste time and resources to keep driver relax only and saying fakes stories. SO BAD SERVICE.
