I've taken the NASCLA General Commercial Contracting exam twice and both times there was an issue with taking the emam from two different testing locations within the Phoenix area. First test, the proctor gave me the incorrect supplemental testing material; the second exam, after about 5 hours into the 5.5 hour exam it just disappeared for which I enagaged the proctor/administrator who got me logged back in about 10 minutes later and stated that this issue occurs with long tests. As an IT professional, that should never have occurred as it does not occur in tthe other facilities. I was compensated for the first exam, but the results still remained on record as failing. The second exam broke my concentration because the exam timeout issue should never have occurred. Tthis is something I'm seriously thinking of taking to the State"s Attorney

Desired outcome: Another compensated retake and expunging of the two previous tests from the record.
