I talked to 4 people regarding bill. one transfer. i can't get correct information. 4 person put mne on hold. trying to get supervisior is impossible. repeated my info 4 times. incompetent reps can;t take info. higher bills no service. phone system is deplorable! i have got a competent rep on the phone. had to gvo to an appointment. no one can give correct info

I had repair this week. I am trying gt a copy of the bill. Phone system is impossible. I am forced to consent to them along calling me. No opt out. Can't get through phone system keeps talking can't get a rep on the line. Very poor service. Can't get a receipt. No one can understand what a receipt is. Very poor service.
