My lab diagnosis is wrong! I can't get through the phone system. Spent 20 min going in circles. I'm possible to get a rep. I push one push for help go back to bill. Code r799number. Claim h28097247 said comerical indivdual its wrong!
My service guy told me to call customer relations, its a impossible phone maze. Than over an hr on hold. No call back info. I had an employee tell me they go through the phone, and know it does not work. Sending hrs on hold. Deplorable!

i can't rep on the line. been trying for 2 days to pay my phone off. chat could not get link, went on line, just article to article. twitter verify for the 100 th time, on hold listening to ads, 12 min. never can get a rep if you do, they don;t under stand english. leaving att soon! rip off bad service! impossible to get a rep on the phone,

I called to trouble shoot a dryer issue. I recently text and email about an apt. I did not make an apt. The number on the email I can;t get through on. Hold, busy hold. I call lg cusomer service its a phone maze end up the wrong place. Finally call bak, asked for the phone number I was called back on. Than transfered me said he woulds help but disappesred. Very rude rep. Bussiness det gave me the wrong number to call!

updated the system 2 yrs ago. doesn't. have florida blue insurance. in can't rep on the phone. phone maze! recording, hold, recording, prompts. 10 min on hold listening to recordings! very poor service! Reps need more training! never can find fax number to give to drs office! they need a call back system! or chat window! I tired of being herding like cattle!

i called to see if a dr is on my plan. The rep could not undestand me. i had to beg for a superiaior. i repeated and spelled numrous times. After a long hold i was told i would get a call back! phone system is a maze, long hod time. Reps don;t understand English even after spelling it. everytime i call it takees multiple people to resolve an issue. Florida blue needs to improve customer service,

I cant get an updated list of internal medicine providers. I finally got through the phone system today.. The rep could not nunderstand me! After repeating 5 times, I asked for a supervisior, in was sent back to thr maim menu. I put in my date o birth 5 times before giving up! It kept saying I can't get that! Florida blue customer is deteriorating. Every call is a chllange to get correct information.

i tried calling customer service. could not get theough hone maze. wrong . place, disn;t get my info. when i got a rep. couls not understand English. i tried twice talking to him, couls not understand him. teied compliant web site could not take my info. it s impossible to get either phone or onlune to take my inf online is very conplicated and coded.
The list I received are outdated. Providers don't take my plan, or new patients. Very poor provider list. Florida blue mental support just dums from 0lace to place. You just keep giving your information. Reps little info. Terrible service for an expensive policy. Poor physical and mental provider list! When I talk to a rep, they don't understand my issue and they talk over me.

I have been trying for weeks to talk with an agent to renew my insurance. I hve been disconnecte by multiple agents, I spoke to christa lainhart on 11/2/2020. I was disconnected. I thik she fell asleep. I called the number on het email. I got sent to thr penscola blue center, I can;t not contct this agent. I keep having to call get transferred go through my info again. I got call today I have. 2 accounts. I have questined this beforw no resolve. I eve got someone s elses results. It is impossible to get customer service. Was a 2 min messge I could not under stand. can get through on the phone to customer service. even if you do they are worthless. transfer. you to another person who knows nothing. pay $ 8.00 a month fee. and can't even get competent customer sevice. Budget bill is. joke. Doesn;t save you any money.. F p L makes money on the balance it keeps.
I called about tel health that florida blue is offering. The rep said she would stayon the line while she connected me, and help me set up. I was disconnected! Florida has awful ustomer service. The phone system is amaze, the reps can;t give correct information, or disconnect you.

very difucult foe firt time customer. put credit cars in multiple times. had to call customer servixe had to set up account passwords disn't work. wheni finally got log in ( which i should not have to do) few places in area. i had to call customer swrvice set up was difficult, very unfriendly service, as a firt btime customer, i was turned off by thee...
The last few months my bills have been 8-10 dallara month higher. i am a single person. i use the same amount ech month. Bill went from about $ 150.00 a mon th to over $ 200.00 a month. When i call customer service, i get the " budget billing" script. Than I get transferred for a energy survey. I feel i am being over charged, I pay my bill each month.

very bad service takes for ever to get a rep. The rep took fo ever to get my info He could not even provide. fax number for Dr to get authorization. Had to look it up, than put me on hold to ask someone for it! Never came back on the line. I spent three days previously trying to get customer service. The reps have little knowledge about AvMed services, and are rude.

I have called regarding a bill issue. Mar 24 th visit. I have had to listen to records messages. The phone system has too many prompts. for 10 min. Av med needs a call back function, since they are unable to handle the amount of the calls they get. very poor customer service. also email from an internal dept to a customer AvMed Message Expiration...

my French door bottom freezer refuge. has letters on the panel I cam't find out what they mean, The system is impossible to to navigate. I tried to find the info online could not find it. The mammal has little information on the working, or trouble shooting. Trying to call customer service is very difficult. the phone system disconnects, and is difficult to navigate
