i tried to log in. thry erased my password, i wnt through a phone and transfrered to several reps. none of them could take my information. i repeated multiple times. no one would help me, The pasword is too long. an it never takes anyone you try tto put in. Terrble customer service, don't understand English. The phne system is an awful maze. with long recordings.
I am filing a compliant about very high bill. I had a energy expert come to my house. Oct. 8 th, he did not properly check the house, I did not get a copy of report. He is never available. Ge french door refrigerator id baly made. The door don't close tight. I had to replace the door within a yr. The ice maker door handle is flimezy, it broke with in a yr. Ice maker was replaced with in 2 yrs. Ge is no longer a quality product. Poor customer service. Th phone is a a maze. I can't make an apt on line, won't take my info. The web site does work, come up wong url. Tried diffrent browsers. No resolve, The phone system is a maze that leads toan extended hold. I have tried for months to resolve;ve the issue can't a rep on the phone. Just perement hold. Adt just cares about billing you. No rep, jut records over and over. I am looking to another company, obviously adt doesn't want my business.

The web site has constant issues. You can't log in. The reps can't help you. I have had issues for yrs. I saw online the web site is down for update, they need a working web site, There is so many diffrent log ins for florida blue, its imposible for member to find the right one. I have spent hrs on the phone and still can't resolve my issue logging in, I pay high permuims every month, should have access to my account.

I pyrchased an I phone 10 3 yrs ago. I have nothng but trouble. I can't even make a phone call. I need this phone as I hae an elderly mothr and a medical issue my self. The phone disconnects and poor quality. The I phone is too fragile. The screen cracks. The tying trpes on its own. The phone is expensive plus insurance, rip off. Apple customer sevice is poor. I have been trying for 2 days to get support. Been on hold. I finally ot a rep yesterday, 9/ 28. And was disconnected! I get ge put on hold, listening to non stop ads. Socil media said they clled I did not get a call. They left a number no extention! I keep getting sent number to number! I would like a credit on my bill due to poor sevice and call quality. 2 days going on three on hold is unacceptable.

My home phone had no signal. I called xfinity. I was informed my phone was to be switched. I didn't authorize that. I was transferred and put on hold with no resolve. No answer of who switched my service. No one could tell me how it happened
