I wanted to get something nice for my sister’s birthday so I ordered her a quilt and then I got the jam separately because that’s what they make you do to have the set. I get confirmation in the next day that the shams were shipped out and the quilt was on backorder. Excuse me it wasn’t when I purchased it. Those words were nowhere around that… so I reached out to customer service yesterday morning and they told me it should be in today if not, then we don’t see anymore in the future coming in.. so you took my money, all of it, but you don’t have the merchandise.. so now I’m gonna have to have my sister ship back the shams, and then I’m going to have to re-order everything probably from Wayfair. I didn’t think it was legal for them to sell things that they didn’t have.
