Pottery Barn review: Delivery fees & design service

I've ordered about $10,000 worth of furniture in the last year. I recently ordered two twin beds, trundle, a bookshelf & nightstand. My design specialist mentioned $105 worth of shipping fees. Not the $479.50 you charged me to ship me the furniture. My previous $8000 furniture order was a fraction of the shipping cost. I literally had to call her to order the stuff. For weeks she talked about getting me a design. So she got commission for taking an order that I designed. She told me a half a dozen times she'd put together a room/bedding etc. for me & has completely ghosted me. This last year was my first experience with PB. Not impressed. Non existent design service, products that take forever to receive. 9 months for most of the deliveries to arrive. Insane delivery fees. (I own a business, I deal with freight everyday) Average quality. I'm just sick over your delivery fee on my recent furniture delivery. If I'd have known that I'd have bought locally. I don't know how I'll ever trust your company again. Sad.
