We have experienced utter and complete INCOMPETENCE in all of our interactions with Pottery Barn. About two months ago, we ordered furniture for our bedroom only to learn AFTER the order was placed that our furniture would not be delivered until next year. So, we reached out to cancel our order. This is when our nightmare began. It has been over a month now trying to get a full credit from Pottery Barn and we still do not have things resolved. Instead of giving us our credit, Pottery Barn has levied additional charges against our credit card THREE TIMES! This company is INCOMPETENT. We are going to figure out how to file a formal complaint against them and we will NEVER purchase anything from them or any of their affiliate stores again.

Recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
