not enough help/manager is incompetent

I have been to Portrait innovations in Wilmington, NC the past few years to have pictures made. I wont be going there ever again. Maggie, the photographer was really patient with my son in getting him to take pictures. I also ran about 10 minutes late for my appointment on Saturday and she was kind enough to stay and wait on us. We got done with the pictures after 7 that day and the computer system went down and we were unable to complete my order. Maggie asked to me to call back Sunday and her manager would be in around 3p. I called the next day and she stated her manager wasn't in yet and she would call me back. I never received a call back that day or the next. I called again on Tuesday and Maggie was busy, but I was set up with an 4p appointment on Friday to sit down with Maggie and complete my order. I came in for my appointment with Maggie on Friday and she was busy and they asked me to wait a few minutes and she would be right with me. During that time, a family came in and I heard another one of the workers tell the family that there appointment was at 4:30p and the would get to them soon. When Maggie came up to me a few minutes later, she asked me if I could please come back again, they were really busy and had 2 families that needed pictures taken. Needless to say, that did not go over well with me. I had an 4p appointment that I had made and they go turn around and take the 4:30 appointment. That is not how you do business!! So I made another appointment with Maggie the following Tuesday. She calls me the day of that appointment and tells me the printer is down and they cant make any pictures. My husband goes back the next day and Maggie and him FINALLY get the order completed and she tells my husband it will take about an hour for the pictures to process. My husband tell Maggie he will come back tomorrow. The next day my husband goes in there again to pick up the pictures and they tell him that they haven't even been done yet. He confronts the manager about everything and in turn to puts the blame on her employee, Maggie. She never took responsibility for anything. He waits there for them that day until they get them done! Maggie had told me that she was going to comp me for some pictures and I would be getting 10 free cards. Needless to say I didn't get all of the cards promised to me.

Bad BAD BAD SERVICE MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:35 AND WE DIDN'T TAKE OUR PICTURES UNTIL 2:35 my baby party was at 3:30 so we was late to her party even tho we had a rushed photo shoot it wasnt even a need of having it i am highly upset AND ON TOP OF THAT THE MANAGER WAS SO STANKING I HAD TO PUKE i didn't receive my canvas false advertising i tell ya ill never book with them again suggest another place that take pictures please

The photographer took a lot of nice shots. We was thinking that when you get the cd, it would include all the photo shots that was taken. I have taken photos through Portrait Innovations before and the cd included all the pictures and the website included all the pictures also. If we had known that, we would have came prepared. I ask could we come back to purchase the pictures at another time but she stated that it will be thrown away. Most companies keep the pictures for at least 90 days. I was disappointed that I will not be able to come back and purchase any more pictures.
