The person in charged never identified
I did not see the marks of lipstick myself until I got back home and open the printing and saw in almost all pictures a lipstick mark on my teeth
I went back showed the pictures with the spot and the person inc garage who never identify reject to correct her failure as photographer
She denied me the opportunity to speak with her supervisor or manager and direct me to send an email to customerservice@portraitinnovations.com
I tried to call the company and nobody answered
This company is providing services to people where the manager does not assume any responsibility for the job they do
Unfortunately I paid in a good faith 866.72 for all my pictures that I will not be able to use it because the manager rejected and failed to do any correction with the photo editing stating that IS NOT ALLOWED BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO DO ANY CORRECTION
I paid I a good faith and ended up been stolen 866.72 from a corporation that does not take any responsibility of their actions
Is this the way we go with corporations that hide behind a website and put in charge people with no integrity ?
