My family and I made an appointment for 5:20 pm 12/15/19. We arrived on time only to be placed on an overbooked waiting list. This was the worst experience I've ever had. There were children crying and restless. The waiting area was over crowded and clients sitting on the floors. We didn't even get started with our session until 8:45 pm. Finally finished the pictures then the staff proceeds to tell us they cannot print out out pictures because the machine was down. š” I will contact corporate offices for compensation for the inconvenience. I don't recommend using this company's services to anyone.

So thoroughly disappointed... what's the point in making an appointment if you have to wait. There should be a separate photographer for appointments vs walk-ins. I had an 11:25 appointment only to show up and have 5 families ahead of me... the studio opened at 9 am.. how could this happen? This is not an isolated incident as i have had to wait several times because of scheduling issues. The staff is not considerate of time the customer is spending to make photos happen. If my appt is a certain time, i should have been accommodated at that time.
