My husband gave me a $50.00 gift certificate for Portrait Innovations. When I called them, there was no answer. When I went to their studio, it was closed and empty. Now I am out of a $50.00 gift, and have no chance to get portraits of my family. All I want is the money back that was paid to purchase the gift certificate.
Desired outcome: Refund for the $50.00 that was used to purchase the gift certificate.
