In June 2019 me and my husband took maternity pictures with Jon I believe and was promised a canvas with our package. Days turned in months of me calling the store speaking with Jess supervisor and I was always told she would get back with me regarding the matter . Couple of months later was notified of the canvas being in the store which was left on my voicemail called store they told me it wasn't there and they were going to look into it and give me a call back never did. I gave up contacting the store due to me having my baby and life in general . I gave this company chance after chance to call me back regarding the matter and not until now they are telling me it was under the wrong name and that they cant not remake the canvas. This is not acceptable and not practicing good business ethics when asked for corporate number Jess the supervisor stated that Portrait innovations no longer has a complaint dept and that you have to email [protected]@portrait.com. I have been a loyal customer with this business for years and to be given the run around on an item that was promised is not satisfactory. I am not happy.
