Portrait Innovations cd poses/prices

The photographer took a lot of nice shots. We was thinking that when you get the cd, it would include all the photo shots that was taken. I have taken photos through Portrait Innovations before and the cd included all the pictures and the website included all the pictures also. If we had known that, we would have came prepared. I ask could we come back to purchase the pictures at another time but she stated that it will be thrown away. Most companies keep the pictures for at least 90 days. I was disappointed that I will not be able to come back and purchase any more pictures.

Portrait Innovations ordered a coffee mug

I ordered a coffee mug at the time the portraits were done, paid for my pictures and the mug just before Easter and here it is July 27 th and I have not received the mug yet. I have called several times about this mug and they keep telling me it was not ordered, so I waited longer and this time I called for the mug and they tell me that I picked it up, why would I call if I had received it. I asked for the number to customer service and they said there's not a number to talk to a representative, they have very bad customer service and now I either want the mug or my money back, no one from my family picked up the mug on my behalf. they either gave my mug to someone else by mistake or just never ordered the mug. I will not pay for a mug for someone else. I'm not doing business with this company again. I need my mug or my money back and again I paid for this mug back before Easter.

Portrait Innovations photographer

I was just concerned about the way our photographer was handling my grandchildren. In the past 4 months I've taken 2 of them to Portrait Innovations and the gentleman that took their photos was handling them with out asking their parents if that was ok. The 3 month old almost feel out of the basket. I would think nowadays they would ask first. That just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Portrait Innovations canvas

The studio that is closest to me is extremely far I took pictures for my son's first birthday which is an monumental event for my family. Since I took the picture I've always asked to studio did it come in yet they told me no they could not find it now is over a year and I'm being told that's my loss. I'm wondering what type of service is your Sanford studio given I never received a text a call or email . When I speak to a representative they are extremely rude about it I need somebody to contact me back at [protected]@yahoo.com

Portrait Innovations 16 x 20 canvas

I purchased a pose on sheets, as well as that same pose in a canvas. I could not stress enough that I wanted the pictures to be centered. We had gotten the prints to be centered and it looks great! However, for the canvas my sons head is almost off of the top of the canvas, while that leaves him to have like 6 inches of floor at the bottom. The canvas picture is not centered at all. It looks horrible. I'm a photographer and this work is not okay.

Jason- the manager is who assisted me. I tried to get the picture for the canvas in the middle, or centered, but he said it will possibly cut part of my sons body part off. He said if we left it however he was going to leave it, it would be centered.

Well, unfortunately for me, it isn't centered. Portriat Innovatins is not willing to fix the problem. They won't even take my picture back, and reimburse me. It's bad business.

Had the manger said, if your canvas (normally $100) comes back messed up, , uncentored, because of us, we can't fix it or pay you. It's a chance you have to take, I would have not done it!

Elaina Clemen saw the canvas is way different front hr same picture of prints, and agrees with me.

Then they lost my reciept, not to mention I purchased a pose if my son that the manager said the "Snot" I saw, was just light reflection.

It's juet a bad money deal.

Portrait Innovations portraits

So thoroughly disappointed... what's the point in making an appointment if you have to wait. There should be a separate photographer for appointments vs walk-ins. I had an 11:25 appointment only to show up and have 5 families ahead of me... the studio opened at 9 am.. how could this happen? This is not an isolated incident as i have had to wait several times because of scheduling issues. The staff is not considerate of time the customer is spending to make photos happen. If my appt is a certain time, i should have been accommodated at that time.

Portrait Innovations unprofessional and understaffed

Had an appointment scheduled last weekend at 3 when got there I was asked to wait for 3 hours or reschedule. Mind you I was already there and the process of getting everyone ready and there on time was hard. Wasted my whole Saturday on getting this pictures done and didn't even get them . Will never go back again I think they just need to close down !

Portrait Innovations not being able to have our pictures taken and very poor customer service

I scheduled an appointment on friday May 4th, 2019 and got my appointment verification number. I had gathered my siblings together to have this portrait taken when we were never able to have one take together ever. We set out to the location at the Brookfield Wisconsin locaton and some traveling a pretty far distance to have get this taken care of. We set out to have these take for an Aunt to cared for our mother in her last days and for our father is will soon be totally blind and other family members. I have spent a pretty good amount of money at this location within the year and have also referred many and I mean many people to your company. we get to this location in Brookfield WI. on time and the person there (an african american female) I told we have an appointment and here is my verification number. She said that did nothing for her and that we were not on her list. She said she couldn't fit us in. I told her that I would just have to call the coorporate number and all she said you do that and have a nice day in a rude voice. As my siblings and I talked outside, a customer came out and asked if we had an appointment and I said I made on online. she told us that everyone who came in was turned away and some having appointment. This customer was also african american and she apologized to us for being treated so poorly. One of my sibling leaves on Saturday to the otherside of the U.S. and I am extremly upset because like I said, I have gone to your company for so many years and have spent so much money to have been treated so poorly. Portrait Innovations poor customer service

I'm sure no one will care about one more complaint regarding the poor service and quality and misleading coupons and prices that I received from portrait innovations in miamisburg ohio. We waited 30 minutes past our appointment time... The purpose of an appointment is to secure a time slot so minimal waiting occurs. The gentleman who took the pictures took no time or pains with my girls. No clothing adjustments or hair positioning. It was mostly stand here, lay here, do this... We were done in less that 15 minutes. He yawned through showing us the photos like we were keeping him awake. I had a coupon for the 29.99 package and the free canvas. My total bill was 59.11? When I questioned the total I was told I got the 29.99 package and the free canvas but it costs $10 to ship. Ok but what was the rest of the cost? I got no receipt to even show what I paid for so i'm still wondering. So the free canvas was certainly not free and for 29.99 for one pose I could have taken them myself and had the rest done at walmart for a fraction of the cost and aggravation. Just a waste of time and money but i've learned my lesson.

Portrait Innovations printer not working/rushed session

I made my appointment on line for the Monroeville Studio in Pittsburgh, PA and scheduled for Friday 4-19-19 I reschduled via phone for the very next day 4-20-19 and was told to check in before 12 to secure my spot. I arrive 30 minutes early and was told I had 3 people infront of me so I could go into the if I didn't want to wait and they would call me.when it was my turn. I received a call and came back to the studio and they still was not ready. Me and my 4 children ages 10, 8, 3 and 4months got dressed and went into the first room for the first part of the session. The lady was very nice and began to start the photo shoot about 10 to 15 minutes into the session another lady who I'm assuming was the manager asked the lady taking the pictures if she was done. The lady taking pictures answered with a tone of irritation that she was wrapping up and the (manager) told her she needed the room and to have me and my kids go to the other room for the second half of the session. Once in the second room a white screen was already down and I asked for the options of other backgrounds the (manager) was the one taking the pictures for the second part of the session seemed irritated stated that we wouldn't look right with any other background because these were close up photos. No argument I said okay and she was a bit rude with my children rushing the session again. Not until my session was over and I was viewing the pictures was I told the printer was down and I would not be able to get them until Tuesday 4-23-19 and that was just a guess they may be available after that date. I asked if I would be getting a discount and the (mananger) asked for what and I responded for my inconvenience because we were taking Easter pictures and I wanted them for gifts. I then asked when did the printer go out and she replied about an hour ago. I asked why didn't she inform me ahead of time because my session started after the printer went down. Then the manager made an announcement yo the other photographers to inform the other customers taht if they're taking Easter pictures they would not be receiving their photos today. I stated that was a but too late to be informing the customers and I asked who do I need to speak with about my discount and I was ignored so I said I was calling corporate. I have had my kids pictures taken here numerous of times before and because of this any many other stories I've heard about this studio I may take my business elsewhere. Can someone please call me to rectify my complaint.

Portrait Innovations customer service issue

Could someone please call me this is a very long incident to type i am basically very disappointed as my appt time was 11:50am today, april 19, 2019 to have my nine yr old autistic grandsons photos taken. We are returning customers at this location in harford mall, bel air, md session i.D. 00165-20190419-0005b. We were asked to come back twice because of lack of help and a crowd of customers. We walked the mall for an hour and a half...Came back and were asked to come back in another hour or two! we were offered to reschedule but i did not want to...We drove 25 miles and i needed the pictures today they help was very nice...Ashley did a great job photographing brady...But i think it was awful to inconvenience someones time and not even offer any kind of compensation...Free pictures...Partial refund...Something. Please call [protected] thank you...Angela Thank goodness I brought change of clothing for him as he got mustard on his shirt when we took him to eat since he could not get his photo taken FIRST!

Portrait Innovations not given correct information

When I took my children in on Wednesday evening to have photos made everything went smoothly. The pictures turned out good. when I asked if I could come back later and order more photos I was told I could for up to 30 days. I came back two days later and picked up my order, but when I asked if I could order another sheet I was told no. I explained I was told I could come back within 30 days so, I didn't order all the prints on Wednesday. They just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. Very disappointed in the fact they told me wrong and then how they handled it. I will not be returning here nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Portrait Innovations photographer/poor picture quality

Not only was the photographer rude the manager was also quite rude. Once the pictures were taken and printed out they were a very poor quality you could barely make out my daughters face when we aked if they could be re printed we were told no. We then asked for a refund and were told due to the pictures already being printed out they could not issue a refund. We drove 2 hours to get to the nearest studio to be treated this way and have our money thrown away. This was our 7th visit to the studio as we take our special needs daughter every year for birthday pictures and this is the 1st time we have ever experienced anything like this.

Portrait Innovations portrait session and quality of portraits

The photographer was not patient and just snapped, snapped, snapped. There were only two customers, therefore it was not a rush time. My child was there for a one year old portrait. It was a huge disappointment! There was ONE pose suitable for the occasion. When I viewed the photos, they put a young lady that this was her third day. Obviously she needed additional training. Every question that I asked, she had to go ask someone else.
These pics were taken on April 5, 2019. When I went to pick up the canvas yesterday...there is a white splotch on his face.
Overall I did not have a pleasant experience at Landstown Commons in Virginia Beach, VA. There was no special about my appointment at this location. I am very disappointed and I would not feel comfortable recommending this portrait studio!

Portrait Innovations session and disk

My confirmation number was TUDKZASM6. The camera kept not working and the photographer left around 6 times and the camera kept messing up. When we chose the photos, there were 3 different poses we chose. There is 1 pose on my CD and it is crooked. I am not one bit happy with it. I would rather give my money to a REAL photographer and get a disk with all my photos on it, then return to your studio again. We were told any pose we purchased would be on the disk and it was a flat lie or someone screwed up...

Portrait Innovations Pictures

I had an appointment on Saturday the 16th at 4pm. They called me that day and told me that the printer was down and asked if I wanted to keep my appointment cause they could print them off on Sunday. Well they were not ready on Sunday so I call them today and they are closed. They are closed on mondays and Tuesday so now I have to wait until Wednesday to get my pictures. I paid $510.75. $100 of that was in cash the other was on my debit card. I also ordered a lot of pictures and 3 calendars and 1 canvas. I believe I should be compensated for something. Portrait Innovations Customer service and pictures

Hello,

My name is Lolita Washington, on March 3, 2019 @ 12:20, I had a appointment at 3060 Waldorf Market Pl., Waldorf, Md 20603. I scheduled for my son to take his senior pictures there. I want to start by saying, my first two experiences were wonderful, my family and I had a family portrait done. Years later, my daughter had her senior pictures taken there. Both experiences were amazing, when it was time for my son to take his senior pictures, it was a no brainer, I went to Portrait Innovations. I was expecting the same type of service. When I walked in, it was three people eating their lunch (subway subs) in the middle of the waiting area. The place reeked of onions, I guess the person in charged looked at me like I wasn't suppose to be there. She asked for my name, and I told her my name and that I had an appointment today at 12:20 pm. She said oh, and continued eating. Five to seven minutes later, she asked me how many outfits were my son going to change into. I told her five, including the cap and gown and tux that I assumed they had. When my daughter took her senior pictures they had everything that she needed. That's my assumed they would have it for my son. The employee said nope, we don't have it and I thought you have brought your own and I informed her that the schools don't give out the cap and gowns yet I don't understand why your company would not have all of the cap and gowns for all the high shcools in the county! She was like oh well, she said to my son " What are you waiting on, go get dress" her comment was rude and unprofessional. Let me explain how your business and your employees looked when I walked in. The place was dirty, trash on the floors and the bathrooms were filthy! The employee that I dealt with was dressesd in a black jacket with faded black leggins, mix matched socks and slides on her feet. I could not believe how much Portriat Innovations had changed. So when she started taking my son's pictures she was indecisive about which room to use, so she had us moving back in forward with all of our belongings. I did not like her attitude at all. The props were damaged and old, I am so upset and disappointed in thsi whole experience. I paid $349.76 for his pictures, she told me that your company does not offer photo touching to cover up blemishes, I picked the best out of each set. But, I am not happy with my son's pictures, it's to late to take them at his school. Ihave not opened the pictures since I got them, I embarrassed to show them to anyone, I can't believe how much Portrait Innovations has changed. I am asking for a refund, send a address and I will mail these pictures back to you. I am so hurt that I will not have a picture of my son in his cap and gown or tuxedo. Portrait Innovations false advertising in pricing

The pricing model is basically a shell game. They don't bother to tell you about the 30% worth of fees and shipping until you have spent over 30/45 minutes going through 60+ photos of your munchkin. My $250 in product costs turned into over $330 in final price after adding shipping and fees. Just ridiculous and I won't ever visit another portrait innovations studio.

Portrait Innovations the final package of prints.

The prints of our skin are pink. I also ask for venitting on the group picture and did not get it. Even if it was cropped it would have looked better. Got a second pose in black and white that was venitted but was not done well. The studio did not have heat but we made the appointment anywway. Called today but got a message to call during business hours which I did. Could be because of the cold temps they were closed, especially if the heat was not fixed.

Would like to correct my issues and see what the prints look like. If not a refund. My annual pictures are of me and my 4 Grandchildren. There was no invoice in the envelope of pictures.

Portrait Innovations unsatisfied loyal customer

I have taken Christmas pictures with this company 4 years in a row. The last years it has been a mess. In 2017, I ordered a package where I would received a calendar. The calendar takes a month or two to receive and it cant get shipped to your home. They sent it to the store. When I called to confirm where is my calendar and they advised that they tossed my calendar out. I never received a call or email. So that was a waste of money. In 2018, the packages prices is outrageous and you have a pay at least $100 to get the CD with all of the pictures now. Okay, so I paid at least $117 to get the CD. The employee/ photographer overcharged me by $60. I have received my refund but the pictures that were suppose to be sent to my email, I never received them! I can guarantee you that I wont be shop with this company Christmas 2019, I will try Sears.
