I scheduled a photo shoot on Monday December 23, 2019. I was told after the photo shoot that I would not be getting a canvas with the special because you guys are completely out, something that should have been discussed before the shoot since that's the only reason that I booked with Portrait Innovations. I finally got my pictures after several hours of waiting because the photographer stated that the picture needed to be edited for the background. I came back 2 hours later only to receive the most darkest photos in my entire life, she clearly didn't use the flash or lighting on her camera. To top it off she was the manager, because when I asked to speak to you, she said she was the manager. She also stated that the only thing she could do is retake the photos, my husband was already gone to work and the studio was closing in 30 minutes. I am requesting a full refund or a another photo shoot with the same order. I paid $65.64 and I'm trying to upload pictures but it will not let
