Went in 6/16 and purchased a family meal to go as we were passing thru. Went to restroom and toilet wouldn’t flush but water came on for me to wash my hands. Came out, grabbed food and proceeded to car. Upon checking food, we were missing fries and chicken wasn’t crispy. It looked like kfc rotisserie chicken. I asked for it to be exchanged for crispy chicken and the manager explains that she’s sorry bc they don’t have running water. I asked for a partial refund bc I couldn’t wait and they wanted to remake the chicken but I was on a time limit for where I need to be. So I had to leave with chicken I didn’t want and I’m extremely disappointed that I had to waste my money and forced to keep food bc I didn’t have time to wait on fresh chicken. Very disappointed
