I ordered online trying to use the promo from Tmobile. The app changed my location from the La Habra location, 1950 W Whittier Bl, Ca to the 12520 Washington Blvd, Whittier Ca location. I could not go to that location, and I tried using customer support to cancel the order. The support only issued me a ticket. It would not cancel the order and I had to place another order without the promo for the amount of 17.30. I was very disappointed to find out you don't teach your managers anything about online orders. The knew nothing of who to refer me or how to get help. I need a refund
